Racing News (most recent news at the bottom) *** BIG, Thanks!!*, for The Help with The 06 TT!!!*** & The Latest News!..... Its was a Big Adventure at, * The TT Races!***... I had to Ride my old ZX9 Kaw. (my back up bike) Now she has Finished The TT - 12 Times, this time Thanks to Slick Performance, for the Rebuild.....& then, Santa's Elve's, -Came to Town!...(Freddie & Bob Simmions) & Sponcered me with a Race Ready,( Red,) 04 - R6 to ride, & They Really Made My TT!!!*** After hearing I was in need on Manx Radio!! - They are like, The Ultimate TT Fans!!** I got 3 Finishes between these 2 bikes!. &, I got to Race - The Wheelie Bin Race too, with The Purple Helmets ... & We Won!*. So we beat David Knight & his Wheelie Bin Team.... & then, I rode the Beach MX too!* for more Thrills & spills! on an RM250, I got 4 rides & only got off twice!...Then it was a couple days of vacation..Yea Thats It!... Another Big, Big,Big Thanks to -> Urban Moto. Arclite Racing, *Big Red &*, The SMR, The SFMC, Werkstatt, Zietgiest, Benders, Speekeasy & Red Line Oil, Areostich **The Motorcycle Community!!!!!**.!! for Helping us to go and Live - A, TT Dream!... &, them back home, We got a 3rd & a 4th in the Portland & Seattle - Sidecar Races with The SRA-West! ... & , Now, WEBUB Runs again! (My 39 Pontiac) & we made it to Jimmy's Old Car Picnic in Golden Gate Park! Another Grand Day! And we where on Parade!! ... as always! &, in Living Color! ... & Now, *** Urban Moto is Sponcering WB. with an 07 R1 -> for The 07 TT !!!*** & coming a along! ... &, The Basford Dual Sport Invitational, Ride was a Blast! Cruz- in thru the mountains....to the bar in Columbia! &, it was Wheelie Time!   At The 05 TT , I Had 3 bikes & 5 Races to ride in! Jerry Walker showed up, to ride as passenger for Martin V. And they broke in the 1st practice, about 2 miles out! But then, finished 2 laps, and then, did 2 more...! Yahoo!! Says Jerry!!.. I had 3 bikes for 5 races at The 05 TT. A 600 showed up, the day before practice from Slick, Fogerty's old machanic, and its a Good 1! I opened at about 108 mph ave. Its a Rocket & Fast !! I have sequred it for next year and beyond! And I rode two bikes a day, getting them qualified. Only slightly mixing up the Transponders & the Officials! Then after struggling with a tune-up on the ZX9,... till the last minute! But then, she ran Great again!... 107mph on the ZX9! a good opener! It was raining hard, but then, we got some sun and it was a good day and Then it got Hot! Everyone Was Sun Bathing!!!..But, then, it started Raining again!....We got Alex's bike out for its 1st ride, its wiggled alittle, so we'll change a like evrything!.. 164 on Sulby Straight & 162 up the Mt., But it ran out of gas at Bedstead & I coasted to Hillberry and stopped in for gas and to say Hi to Joyce who was there! They gave me just enought to get home! with a big Smile!!.. &, I was asked to be a passenger, so we asked, but they said No, just about that fast! I did not think they would let me because I am in all 5 solo races!.... &, I got a good interview with Speed TV. ... So then, it rained again, but they triied to run practice anyway, & got us all rushing!! and then it was Canseled, at the last minute, after I got my leathers on, and rushed to make it to Teck!,..We added a new big tank, & streering dampner, & stuff, &&& Stickyer Tires!, We where told we brought street tires with us, so we traded a few of them in, Norman saved us! And Ted saved us on the dampner parts. &&&...We want to Thank everyone that helped us to come live the TT Dream!............   WB's Fastest Time, 111.28 mph ave.... at the 04 TT, & In 05... Wade did a 111.28 mph ave.on his Kaw. ZX900, breaking his personal record, from the 2003 TT, at 110 mph ave. Thats 2 years in a row! The 400 , We Finished, but at a slightly slower speed than we where hoping for, the bike had a headace! So I went home with 4 more finishes and Christine got 1 and so did Alex!! ...in 04! a Big Zoom, Zoom!!!.......... & In 05, I did a 110.48 on a rented(Sponcered) GSXR 600 Suzuki, From Slick!...... & I Won A Bronze Replica with that!. & That Make My Year!.. & I Got Some Big Air at The Belloff!! Most every time!.. And I did a Tottal of 41 Laps at The TT this year!...And the ZX9 Kawaski got its 10th Finish!... I also won a Practise ...(if you can do that,) & The Announcers where all over me on that one! That was Big Press!!! & It was a Grand Time!!....................................   Smitty and I hook up and break our lap records! at The 04 TT! So Smitty and I decided to hook up and practice together Wed. night. We cruzed, down the shoot to the end of pit row. This is Going to Be Fun! We pat each other on the back!, Big hugs and hand shakes! They line Us up side by side! 10 seconds to go!.. The started motions,.. Go!! We are all Rev'd up and we Dump the Clutchs! We're off! My front wheel goes out and up! and Smitty's goes up, ...to much,.. and I dissapear down Bray Hill first!.(.2 Pionts!..) And first into 1/4 Bridge. But he pulls around the outside exiting 1/4 Bridge, ( what) and he's got some Top End too! We are really motoring now! I find it hard to watch his swoopyer lines up close. He is on a Ducati and I am on a Kaw....My Bike Won't di that!... I draft him up into Handly's Corner! We get there at the same time! And he's got the line, so I let him go and get him in another 2 corners! & run! I ran to Ramzy, then up over the Mountain, I think I must have been, tip toeing thru Kebble Gate, When, Smitty goes around on the outside, again!( Darn! ) We catch a slower rider and 2 faster riders cath all of us! Now we have lots of traffic,. This is how we finish our first lap! (With Smitty in the lead!) I got stuck for amoment behind the slower rider and Smitty and the fast guys start to pull away, bit by bit! They even got out of site! I eventually thought, that I will not be seeing Smitty again. So just get back into your own routine.... At Ginger Hall I think I see Smitty's shadow, No it couldn't be him. A mile or so later I see that it is, Smitty is not so fimiliar with the bumpy section. I need to use this to my advantage! Work It Babby! I draft him down School House Straight! He has not seen me for awhile, so I need to Surprize him and get by Quick, while he is in a tranzition. So I get a run at him going into School House Corner, Stuff it in Deep! and roll by him on the Exit, before he gets on the Gas! Surprize! I'm Back! !! &, I stepped into Parliment Square first! & Got Home 1st! I Won!   SRA and AFM at Infineon, in 2004 & 05 was a Success! The SRA put on a good show at Infineon! Sidecars had not been there for like 23 years! I believe it was a Hit! The Fans and Turn workers went wild, because its alittle differant! We raced hard. leaving big black tire marks everywhere! In 04, We got off the line in 2nd behind Rick and chased him till turn 7. Then Kelly and Frank came buzing buy!... Frank & Dennis won by a nose, after spinning out in turn 7. then Kelly & Eric, then Rick & Mark, then the Dog Pound got by us,(Subculture Racing, Christine & I) and we where followed by Mr.Bill.........Good Racing ! each team had a good race with an other team. There where 12 Rigs on the Track! And Alex & I took a 5th in the Open Class, in the 4 Hour Endurance Race! on my R1 street bike! We turned 1:50s all day ! And had a good time!! And the 50 year reunion for the AFM was also a Big Hit with lots of Faces from the past!!! It was a Great Weekend!!! & in 05, there was some good racing, ...Kelly Won, Rick got 2nd & Mr. Bill got 3rd...The Dog Pound Broke, giving us Thrid Place, till we Broke giving The Third Place to Mr. Bill...Frank Spun Out Twice!, Just getting too! exited! I Guess!...And then They Thought, They Had a Flat Tire & came in!...(No Flat tire Though!.*).....Alex & I Skipped the 4hr. this year, he was not ready, and is off to The Manx GP, instead for the 1st time!!   My Favorite Memory of Being Passed, By Joey Dunlop It was always a pleasure to be passed by Joey, Clean, Smooth and He was Gone!!....back in 1995 on my ZX7,.... I flew around Kate's Cottage, Wheelied the Wheelie Bump, and Down into the Crag. Most Fans wave, But this time going into the Craig. It looked like the World was there and Everyone was Waving!! The Unoffical Wave!! I was alone, and I owned the Road, and the same thing on the way out of the Craig. Everybody in the World was waving!!!!!... at Me?? and ZOOM!! as I was shifting into 4th gear, and running out of Waving Fans!! Joey Dunlop goes By Me like I'm Parked!! When I get just passed the Blind, Flat out Sweeper (the Middle of the Staight) Joey was at Brandish, and when I got to Brandish, Joey Swooshed Hillberry and was GONE!!. And Yes I Bought the Photo, I was in front of Joey for a second, while entering the Craig!! And Yes, Joey Won That Day!!!   2007 TT Preperations Started, Yesterday...And a Fort Night goes Fast!!! On Jan 1st the Alarm goes off, TT Entries, will be out ant second! ... &, Do you have a Plan and a Bike?................Whats it going to take to be Standing in Douglas? At TT Time, with a Bike and an Entry,...or 3. And With, all the Propper Gear! So There are New Rules for the 07 TT....110mph ave speed, Qualifying time for All The big Bikes & 107.8 mph ave. speed for The 600's.. Anyone else goes to The Manx GP...You also need a New ACU - TT Lic....Proving that you raced 6 or more races last season...& if yor 50..years old or more...you need a the Extended Phyisical , (each year) with an Exercise Tolerance Electrocardiodiogram ...And it Must Be Postative!!! ...to Prove You Can Servive A 180+ mph, Doulbe E ticket Ride!!! Your own Personal, Rocket - Roller Coaster!! ...Yea Buddy!! And be prepared to Live, ( Life to the Fullest!!!) for 2 Weeks!! or so! Entries are Now Free...& No Body get Paid Either! ('" & Every Time, U Spend" American $$- DOUBLE THAT) that what the $ to the Pound is like. .... A Standard Race Bike Rental for either the Manx or The TT is about $4,000. And or, If you ship a 1 Bike that will cost you about $3500, And Lots of Headaces! So get ready. .... Don't forget about those Transponders that a Rider needs for Each Bike, you can rent one now... & now one has to have the new Reprocity Insurance, so one can get home if one has a bad accident. So for now, we work on a Plan. ...And Start Collecting all the Gear and Stuff & $$, & Sponcers - needed to To get there. Thats why we have Parties and sell T-shirts   Subculture Racing is Still Going Strong After 10 Years!! I named Our Team Subculture Racing, because of the Overwhellming Support that, ** The Motorcycle Subculture of The Bay Area** Had put out!, for Getting Me To The TT!, My First Time, in 1992, basicly they (The Motorcycle Comunity) Paid to get my bike to the TT through Donations, by one and all!! We started by having to Borrow everthing, including a Ride to the Races! And so, we've been around the horn a few times by now. We introduced F1 Sidecar Racing, & The TT! - to many People, and Some Good Times! Too! We have Raced most all the Major Tracks on the West Coast and a few here and there!! We have run 1, and up to 4 Rigs, Per Season, & We had a Full Girl Team!, German Girls at That! I started on Old #99! And Slid Past Everyone! In 1996 Todd and I Decideed to Come Up with a Team Name,..& ... SUBCULTURE RACING! was Born... And a Few Years later, We out Battled Rick Murray! All Season! on the Kal-Guard Speical, Short Chassis! And went on, To Win the SRA F1 Sidecar Championship!! .....That was with Rory as a passenger,.....But now Christine is my passenger, and she Does a Fine Job!..... & We're comin back, after wearing out All The toys! * Most members of our Team, had never Even, been to Disneyland! So I took them there! ... Also, Todd, Rory and Christine & Jerry Walker and I have *Raced, The Isle of Man TT, on a F2 Sidecar , As a Passenger! * As Subculture Racing! *... And So far Christine is the Only Female, (German)-American to Finish the TT!! ... & Jerry Walker got the Ride in 05....& Jerry will try again in 06 TT with Martin V. ... Jerry needs a Bigger Whip!. To Help martin to Qualify!!!.....And now, The Dog Pound is about to have their Debue at The TT This Year!...The Newest SRA #1 Champion from 05. We Really like Racing, and Partying with all our Friends & Fans at all the Tracks! in Any Country!! And look forward to New Times, Tracks and Friends & Fans!! ....... Zooom! ** Its Always, ** The Good Life, At The Fullest!!!**   2005 TT, Was my Lucky 13th TT! My debue was in 92. I arrived on the Isle, with 2 phone #s. I knew No One, exept the other few American, coming later. Tom was the only other Competitor. I soon became the guy that Entered Everything in The TT, and anything else I could find. Including the 2 Beach Motocrosses!!&&&..........I usually showed up with 1 Bike, for the TT, and then found more...All but 1 time I was on a Locally Borrowed Dirt Bike! With Manx Help, I was Sponcered with a Set of MANX Leathers! Thanks to Neil, Jim, (When I was Really in Need!! ) In 04 with Ogri's Help, I was Sponcered with a Set of AArdvark Leathers !! And, We always say Hi to the Fairies at the Fairy Bridge(*Its traditional!*) And The Queen of the Fairies, always gave me an icecream on our yearly visit. I now have 24 Finishers Medals & 1 Bronze replica!!... for Racing at the TT! So Far! in the 13 years I've been Racing there. So I am happy to say this was my Lucky 13th TT!! The TT is a Real lnternational Event, with Competitors from All over the World! .. I now have good friends from France, England, Ireland Argentina, Germany, Holland, &&&&........To me this is, The Olympic's of Motorcycle Road Racing! and Its Always The Best Of Times!!! And when your There at the TT, ** Its Like Being on Top of the World!** Its Magic*!   Some Small Help for Friends For about 10 years, now. I've been Saving Used Postage Stamps for a TT Supporter,( and Friend.) I Save them all year, and bring a Big Bag of Stamps to the TT, and give them to Grayham Bean, at the Supporters Tent! Some how he and his Dad sell them for Muscular Distraopy. This is one of the Small things I do for friends at the TT. If anyone wants to pitch in, We Don't Refuse Help! go for It and you'll will be able to say I helped Too!!   1994 Was, The Year Of The Dump Truck, In The TT's, F1 Race The F1 Race was Cancelled due to Rain, Mid Race. After Team Honda Pulled in and a Privateer was in the Lead. And After the Sun came back out! And it was again a Sunny Day!...Mad Sunday was Now Cancelled!...... And almost everyone heard about it. But Some Guy!..(.The Head of Trans. on the Isle).....Was NOT!, Lisening to the Radio, and Following the Races.....And Decided to take his DUMP TRUCK to the Dumps...on Sunday Afternoon! ...................... And I was The Rider that Found that Dump Truck on the Course, in the Middle of the F1 Race, at the 13th Milestone, and On The Racing Line! And I kind of needed his spot!.. at about 135mph!....No yellow flags...Nothing!...Just a Marshal, Running back, on the Sidewalk toward that Truck, That I just Passed at Worp Speed!! I thought I was in Mexico! for a second....I was on a *Ron Grant Bike!*(a Joke)...I still have a racing stripe on my shoulder, from that Dump Truck! it was real close! I did slow down a little the next lap, about there, looking for the Dump Truck,...and I just missed a Replica.........next..... I also got My First Sidecar Passenger Ride, at the TT in 1994. With No Experiance, But I was Bigger Than That!........ And I do not recommend this for most people, this is a Very Bold Thing to Do!   94 & 95, Hicko Sponsered WB with a 400!...& Then.... I met Hicko with Jerry Flynn and his Sidecar Crew, in 1994. I told them my stories and that I was also looking for a 400. A few minutes later Hicko says, I have a 400 you can borrow... I put Tires and a Dampner on it, We all, Polished it. And I rode as little as possibe. Just get it Qualified, and Save it!... I put them on My Pit Crew and We All Had The Best of Times!! .... then in 95, We did it again!! On an even Faster 400, &, we did Real Good, So I missed a couple of Replicas there too! ( Bummer! ) Because they did not give Trophies to the 400 class.... We Did Even Better!! in 95, Both Bikes Finished Well Both Years!, and should have got a Replica for both rides!...........Anyhow, again We All, had more of The Best of Times , at The TT!!! Thanks Hicko!!...&, Then, I rented a Kaw. 400 from Clyve Paggett, a real Rocket that he just bought. Turns out I was Running in 2nd Place when, The motor Let Go! at Handly's Corner!...It needed alittle taller gearing, & I couldn't find a sprocket! (But I Was Talking to it!).....Then, finally 9 years later, I finally bought a Honda CBR400RR - a Joey Dunlop Replica, with his factory Colors!, in S.F. She was stock and alittle slow for the TT's Real Speed Factor! But we Qualified at 100 mph ave, Thanks to Rumanio for pulling us around the course. And Those Drafting Wars Dude, where The Best!! But it did not run right in The Race, But we got in for a Finish!....&, Then they Canceled The 400 Class altogether!...(Bummer!) I had Big Plans for that Joey Bike. The Next year it would have been Twice as Fast!................But No!.........   The ZX9's Oil Catch Pan Meets the Regs. Way back there was no such Oil Catch Pan Rule. In 2000 The TT, Tried to use it Then Canseled the Rule for The Oil Catch Pans. In 2004 The TT decided to Start Useing the Rule again. I waited till a Scrutineer Called me on that one. One because they couldn't make up there minds, and second, because my bike was on the Isle, and I was Not. So, When that Scrutineer Looked, he was Amazed to See absoluty Nothing Down There! ... And he Looks Up at me and says Don't U Read Your Regs.??.....I not only glassed My ZX9 and 400 and Alex's R1....Then I had to Glass 2 Sidecars....Then the Scrutineer asked me to Extent the Bottom alittle more...on My ZX9, It Was Not Quit Long Enough...(OK)I made this Stuff,..Out Of Almost Nothing!! And Ran Out Of Hardener On my Last Piece, with only a Few minutes to go till Practice.Alex asked are you going to make it? (as he was running off to practice)...(I'LL be There!, I said!...) I Borrowed a Hair Dyer and Smoked the Stuff till it Dried! ... and I Just Made it to Practice on Time! With a Legal Oil Catch Pan. You can see it in a lot of the 2004 TT Pic's. I had to round the corners alittle also, so it would not touch,...I Only Touched it at The Bottom Of Bray Hill, arking into Ago's Leap at about 140mph!!   Doing the TT Can be Very Stressful,-Where's The Stress Meter Now? The Needle on the Stress Meter can go up, at any time on a TT Adventure, for many reasons: From just triing to get to the Races, past All The Stinking Badges( Professional Back Stabers). To being on time for Sign Ups. and Scrutineering!.....To The Worst, Losing a Friend, I lost My first TT Friend, My first year at The TT. A Fellow Competitor, That Started Right Behind Me on The Grid......His Machanic came and Told Me First. That He Was Not Coming Back!...Royal Bummer!...You also have to get along with your Friends and Machanics, No matter how they do there jobs. One year I had two Machanics, each had a bike to play with. I bet My $2 Against The World, that I could Push This TZ250 Project Thru, To get a Good Finish. Karl, Yer Buddy, Not Mine, Unfortunatley was The Machanic,....with His Magic Numbers- Yea Rite!. We had The Worst Looking Bike at The TT! He Geared us To The Moon, Alice! And Could Not Keep a Clutch in the thing! With No 1st Gear or a 6th Gear.... I Still did a 107mph ave from a Standing Start!...before I had to Park in some No Name Corner!..(Woodword Corner). He Was Laughed Off The Isle By The Real 250 Tuner, Dennis Trollup.... Or The Other Machanic,... that did Good for 2 years,* Then Got Over Rev'ed the 3rd Year and had a Brain Meltdown, Blew a Head Gasket! & Thru a Temper Tantrum and Jumped Ship and went home just before The Awards...Kid Rip Off ! Where's The Stress Meter Now?!...& .. You Don't want to have an Argument with your girlfried, or Anyone Else, just before you go out for Practice or A Race!! You want to stay FOCUSED and CALM! or You may Not make it back Home!.... When I had the ZX9 on its side, installing a New Cluth by Myself, The Stress Meter was at an Idle. I knew what I was Doing and Had enough time to do it! ...So We Try to Keep The stress to a Minimum!! ...NO ONE WANTS TO GO HOME IN A BOX!!..........SAFTEY FIRST!!!   During TT Time Watch the TT Web Cams During TT Time,The Fort Nite, (2 Weeks) check out the TT Web cam to see some live Carnival Type Antics in front of the Bushy's Tent, on the Isle of Man! 2:00pm S.F. Time is like 10:00pm at The TT, So from 12 to 3 pm, check it out!.... And Its all Happening,... Stunts,...Cars and Bikes....Last year they had a Jet Quad, it was the Loudest thing I ever heard. I was on the Phone and we could No longer Comunicate, ( even with your brain!) till they Shut that Thing Down! .... Its A Real Blast!! ...And there is a second webcam at the Top of Sneafell...on the Course, &, it re-ajusts every 5 seconds.They can be found in my quick links, in the first one and the eighth one. Cheers!!   My French Nick Name is, Dances with Wolves This was given to me By one of the French Racers a few years back. After the TT he Wrote an Article in France about the TT and Yours truely. And Dances with Wolves was the Nick name that he Gave Me. This Last Year there was a Big French Group Racing!,... After losing there Bro on day one! In Practice #1!! .......They Marched on thru The TT!!.....So The Big French Guy asked me if I wanted to try some of there Great Big Snails! (Sure)...He PILED Lots of them on to a Plate! It Was Glourios!!...How do you eat them, I had to ask....Just Pull Them Out & dip them into Mayonase....This other Guys says, and You'll be Sick like US!....Next time we will try Gralic Butter!...I got in So Much Trouble, bringing Those, Fishy Things into Our Caravan! but it Was an Experiance of a Life Time!! And not to Be Missed! Alex and I both had a Couple of Snails, Then they Misteriously Disappeared,...Christine gave them to some one next door!... Get Them Smelly Things, out of My House!!..( She Said!!!..)......& In 05, there was a big French Team, again living right next door. & we ened up Making Friends with all of them! They where all Really Impressed, with my Wheelies, at Rencolin!, & The Red Zuit Suit, & the Gold, Honda 90, Step thru, Automatic with a Big Luggage Box on back, & trick parts insde! &&&.... The Voxxen Machanic,Therri said My Nickname Dances with Wolfes, Still Stands!....& They all Invited me to come to France next year to do The Le Mans 24hr with them, And Have A Great Time! & then run off to do the NW 200, in Ireland just before The TT! ...&, then, 1 more race in France after the TT!   Joey Dunlop Did Not Want To Wear a Happy Hat! 1996 was the year of the Happy Hat! The Gang and I went to the TT, Awards Banquet at the Old, Villa Marina. At the End of the Evening, We went to the Back Bar to get a Photo and Autographs with Joey Dunlop. So I asked Joey if he would Wear a Happy Hat for a Photo.....He actually said, No,...when out of nowhere came this Flying, Happy Hat, and it just kept coming,... down onto His head! Joey was just saying, No,No,no,no,!!...**.Like he was Melting!!** He Shrank down to Nothing...I was telling Robert. No, he said, No, no Robert........Robert was the photographer, so We missed that photo. We Saved Joey by Taking that darn Happy Hat Off!, His Head. And The Whole place went up in a** Roar of Laughter!!!**   In 1994 I Garaged with The Britain Team In 94 I was Renting a Bike from Ron Grant. And we where garaged up above Govners Bridge, in a Private Residence. We had the House Garage and The Britian Team had the Large Garage.They had 3 Bikes, *That They Where Sill Building*....The Team Busted there Butts!! and where, Doing IT! & The World was Watching!! They Did Make History, But Not Quite What They Wanted!...They did Not Just Win!...They where Running Against The Factory Honda Team!! And* Where Doing The JOB!* * They where Almost Untouchable!* with speeds approaching 200mph!!* They where just Amazing!.............I remember Picking up my helmet at the Same Time as Mark Farmer. We both Gave each other The Cool Nod, of Good Luck!...That was Nice!.....................But The Next Time I Saw Mark. He was Caught Sleeping on The Course With a Broken Bike!. & Never Got Up!.............This Was a Big Blow to The Team!,... and Everyone!......I Wore a Black Arm Band, for a Couple of Years on that one, for Mark...........But, ....*The BRITIANS, Where and Are The Latest Wonder of The Motorcycle World!!!*..Its Always a Pleasure to see a Britain!**   TT Revolation #1, Are You Going Fast? At my debue in 92, I was triing to learn the TT course. I found someone to hook up with that was going about my speed....And we where going as fast as We could!...on our 600's! Having a Blast! We blazed a corner at Well Over, *The Ton! Thinking We Owned the Track!...**When A Thundering Roar of A Storm,** Went Blowing By us Like We Where Parked!**...It Was Very Startling, and Almost Rattle Us, Right Off of Our Bikes!.........This Only happened one other Time in my life, and That was when I was about 7 Years old, Riding a Yamaha 90.... I was a 1st Gear Speed Demond! ......When Pops & Friends said, Oh,** Don"t Mind Us When We Come, BLOWING BY!!!**They where all on 650 Triumphs and Such! And They Would, Almost Blow You Off You Bike As They Passed, In A Roar Of Thunder!!......................Was I Really,Going Fast???...........Still,.After 12 Years, Racing The TT, ** What we do at the TT, is **So Amazingly Fast,.......................** Its Fantastic!!!** & I am very pleased to apart of The TT!   Martin and Christine Bought a Haybail!, at The 2004 TT In the 2nd practice, Martin & Christine, Sidecar #79, Clipped a curve in Parliment Square. And they where,* SO lucky!*..Christine got Launched out of the Rig and Flew into a Fans, Front Yard, landing on her feet,... to say Hi to the Resident, Fan Standing there! They jumped up on the wall to see what happened to Martin....He had Inverted his Rig into the Haybail in front of the wall! And he was Floundering under the Rig!...saying,..Get me out of here!.....I was waiting for them in the pits, when another Sidecar Driver flagged me down to tell me that they Crashed,...Oh No!...... but where OK. ...The Crash office said, They where OK, & Wanted a Chase Truck. So, Kerston & I drove out there, the back way to find them at The Swan, Pub. Bendig a Few, Pints!.. with Big Smiles with their New Friends! Now they always wave as they go by that spot! Martin had to Kick a very large dent out of his fairing, before loading the rig onto the chase truck...............10 years ago, in 94. Jerry Flynn & I stuggled all evening a few times triing to get back in. We never saw a real chase truck in those days, it was your team that had to come save you! We got back about 11:00pm a few times! That was *the First time I ever got to drive a Sidecar,..*.On the end of a Rope!   In 2004, We Drove to the TT, Just Like the Good Germans Do! First, we flew to Amsterdam, Then, connected with Martin in Holland, to Borrow his car to pull a small trailer, that Christine's Parents bought us, for the Isle. * So we are moving in!*...Our plan is to follow the same route that Martin does, only a week later. And we are on a Time Frame, with no time for misstakes! Now that we have the car, We need to go to Germany to Dad's house and get the trailer, then Drive!! ...back...to the first ferry, in Roterdam. So we get to the Ferry, and Then,.. get to the Boarder Patrol Station, and it seems that None of the Paper Work, was in our names. So that was good for a fix it ticket, after lots of BS. .....And, Meanwhile,... The Big Guy says that his Dog Likes My Trailer, and can he see inside it!....Sure.....and ......so he says, You look like a Nice Couple,....... we Usually, would make you go over there and take apart your trailer....But your ok..........we all but get the go ahead ...and The Big guy comes back and says,...We changed our minds on takeing your trailer apart!......... So we say.....o..k....(.Just Kidding!!, he says.)...Ha,Ha,Ha, They where so Funny!....Few!...Where's the Stress Meter Now?...This Ferry was 12 Hrs. with movies, OH Boy!...... Then, the drive across England, & that was basicly easy. So we find Haishem, the next Ferry an hour ealy even, and we are 1st in the 3rd line....Then this Gentelman comes up to me and says ..Mr. Boyd, Do You have a Permit for that Caravan?....Well Almost, But Not Quite,Yet...He says We might Not Let You On, and We might Not Let You Off!...I asked if they could call...it just over there! they know I am coming!... ..**.So We where the Last car to get on that Ferry!...and we found our way to the Bar! And hung out with Jeff another Competiter,...and he, Just beat me last year. So I was feeding him french fries to try to get that Big belly of his alittle Bigger, & Maybe that would slow him down alittle! *This Driving to the TT, was ** An Endurance Race all to itself!**   ......My Red Zuit Suit!* Suits are Not normally my thing. And Nobody, had Ever Seen Me in a Suit before! ...But I do dress up my, TT costume in color each year!......So, I just got my 39 Pontiac running, so a Zuit Suit is fitting.......&,* So I also, wanted to Impress the Crowd, on the Hi Grove!**. And, Recieve My TT Finishers Medals!, at the TT Awards Banquet, ( On Top of The World,) in my new Red Zuit Suit!*...Its got American Style, History and Nostalgia behind it!...&, I found it in The Mission on some Dummy, in the Store...When I put it on, & * I felt like A Million Bucks*,... So I bought It!..Testing my new credit card. ... Then, I wore it to Dwight's Party, & then The Awards Banquette!, & we smoked some big cigars out on The Villa Marina Balcony to celiberate!!... and then to * The Govners Ball!~* & This was the last time I saw our Good Friend, the Late Jim Kelly,** On Top Of The World!!,**..., and I had made it there on my own, and, Both Kelly & Scotty Said to me *You Look Like A Million Bucks!!*....&, So, Then I was also offically Adopted by The TT!, and The Officials Politly Demanded that I where The Red Zuit Suit, one more time to the Seniors Awards Presentstion, on The Back Porch!...This is when & why I was able to get a Photo of yours truely, with David Jefferies, The Man of The Hour at the TT! ... He was on his way to The Beer Tent! And We where at the entrance to the Beer Tent with Tim & Jay, Bending a Few!... we had Reservations!...Yea Thats it!........But, I wore a Black Zuit Suit to the 04 Banquet in protest of Cansilling the 125/400 classes at The TT! *And that left the 2 Announcers Speachless, witch is almost Impossible to do!*&&& * In 05, I got to Ride my Honda 90, Bubble Up! to The Awards Banquet & Accept, 2 Finishers Awards, and A Bronze Replica!.Too!...& Go to The Govners Ball, again In That Red Zuit Suit!, & on The Honda 90! Its Done me Well!! ( The Suit & The 90!) & We Had, The Best Of Times At The TT!!!...The best Yet!...   Why I Run The Welsh Dragon* at The TT I run the Welsh Dragon on my leathers:...#1. because, I'm a wanta be Welsh...(Ha,Ha)...A Buddy and Big Local Isle Sponser! Neil, was very Instuamental in getting us what ever we needed, for a few years! Including The New Manx Leathers that I got from Allen,( Mr. Manx Leathers...&, *A Big Thanks to The Gang!!*)(Something I Really wanted too!, In an Hour of need.) When mine would Not Pass Scrutineering! He Helped us for years!..We both Drag Raced his New Hyabusa, one year!.. So, he wanted me to do The Wheelie Contest! I beat his time on 2 wheels and officially got a 2nd, in The Wheelie Contest. But my frist Wheelie time was even faster, Than The Winner,?... at 121mph, (What do I know?)... I guess that one did not count! *Neil's Busness Logo was the Welsh Dragon*. And after Crashing in the new leathers and Wipeing out my Unicorn!,( in 98)... I needed Something Tuff,... like a Dragon!..Neil Offers the Welsh Dragon, It is local and Tuff, & has Survived for a long time in this Hood!, ..... Yea, thats it! ... Now I run it, in Memory of Neil, and All The good Times We Had Together at The TT's!!   2 years ago I got Interviewed By Speed TV & Gellette World Sport 2 years ago years I was interveiwed By Carl Tupper for Speed TV, at The TT! & We got some good coverage! But not on American TV.....&, last year I was asked for another interview before and during The TT! , By Mike Sead from Speed TV! ....... A few years ago when Colin Edwards was watching from the announcing tower, it was announced that there was was one American in that race, and they where talking about Dwight Mitchal on the MV. But the hole Island knew there was Two Americans in that race, &, I was like 5 spaces behind Dwight on the grid. And I passed him in two laps! Just like I said I would. Everyone who knows of the TT, knows of Wade Boyd, the colorfull American! On The Isle, They say I'm a famous TT Legend now! .... & Speed TV did show up and took Interviews at The TT in 05! and have some really good footage... So for The 05 TT Speed TV, Did it Big on The TT! with a couple of Differant episodes on The TT! It was the Best I've seen Yet!!! & A Big Thanks to them for that! ......But they where missing at the 06 TT!......... I was also asked to do an interview with Gillette World Sport - International TV!..(Fox)...& We Did.......And I got a copy of The Men in Motors - Real TT Hero's, an 8 hour documentary on The TT, that they make in 2003. (I got 3 hours woth, Thanks to * Mike & Pamela!*... )And I am one of the Main charicters, & I brought it back to the USA, & I gave a copy to The S.F.M.C. & hopefully They will get to show it around! I also keep a copy! to do the same!   New Top Speeds Where Hit at the TT & Are Faster than the N.W. 200 as of The 06 TT!* Mickal Rutter was clocked at an amazing speed of 202mph on a straight at the N.W. 200! in 05 But, Now Officall, Bruce Ansty was Clocked at 205+ on Sulby Straight & 210mph was heard to have been reached in The Races!*.. in The 06 TT!*.....The TT Is Faster!!!*** & All The Records are Dropping!*...... I did The N.W. 200 back in 1994 & 95. First on a Rented F2 off of Ron Grant. He said The NW 200, is the pre-runner to The TT! Lets do it to get you up to speed!...Wow! Yes it is Really Fast! With lots of Drafting!..Multimule bike Drafting , like 10 bikes at a time!*...for a Long Time!..(Get a video & check it out!)... The second time I went to the NW 200 alone, with a 1991 ZX7! I called an Irish Lady from Joey's Clan, for some connections! Aunt Helen was over joyed to be able to help! Her and Uncle John, Really Helped me, to Do Ireland & the NW 200 ana a Bounch of Races! I was on my own with help from Them and There Friends. This is where I met Big H...& got Arrested... ... Then after The TT I was invited back to Ireland! And Yes, I did The Dundrod, and then stayed for The Races at Skerries!.....and Stayed for one more at Kells! All of wich are Real Road Races! on Streets, in &, near or Through, Towns and Everything! And people just get to spectate from like everywhere! Its Really Cool! ...& Dangerous...I Had a Reall Good Time Racing in Ireland even though I was in the back most of the time, at least I thought so. I even got One Of My Stickers put up in Joey's Bar and He did Serve me a Drink...A Double Rum & Coke! and he even said Hi the next morning!...Cheers!   A Grand Time at the TT, Was had by Us All!...in 2005 I've been out on The Course every day, going fast and zooming around! & Then meeting Fans everywhere! Interveiws and autographs & photo's with alot of people! & I've been getting some Good connections!!!For everything from putting my old leathers & helmet in The Joey Dunlop Museun, to bikes to race in Ireland - Scotland - & France.....SpeedTV showed up to get a good interveiw for American TV!!.....I Had to stop in the middle of the Superbike Race, to retighten my steering dampner after it locked up on me! in a Right Wheelie- turn!. at about 120mph!....I'm lucky not to have crashed!! & then I borrowed an allen wrench, to fix it & get back in, to get The Checkered Flag on my with 5th lap, & that = DNF, & No Medal!....I did finish the Superstock Race on the ZX9, its 10th Finish!! And the Supersport Race on the rented GSXR600, from Slick, it finished the two Supersport 600 Races (A&B) and then DNF'd on the 5th lap in The Senior. After some hot battles with Smitti and Frenchy!... Smitti past me going for Ballagary, & Waved to me! and, so then I chased him,... in & out of the Draft! Just don't let him get away!...All the way to Belloff Jump! Then I stepped in first! (Me First!) so I could get a good clean, high jump! Smitti said, you just Flew! ... So, Then he drafts me back and out top ends me on Sulby Straight!..I chased him all the way to Ramsey, then Frenchy goes by!..So, I chased them both over the Mt. and they all but got away, & down the other side. Thought I was loosing them past The Craig! But I got into the stop box at The pits with them & 3 others!! .. it was a free for all! My pit was at the very end. So ended up Wheelieing out of the box and just went wide in lane 3 and went around everyone. Smitti got stuck out in 2nd lane & counldn't get into his pit! But my Pit stop was real good & I got out of The Pits before both, Smitti & Frenchy...So, Frenchy (The Siver Knight) buzzes by a few miles out! And we go at it again! It was De Ja Vu!   Another Amazing TT, And I got My 1st * Bronze Replica!* (in 05*) The TT was Grand! &, I rode everytime the bikes weht out! Alex's 99-R1 for the S/Bike Race! It went good till, The steering dampner came loose & locked up in the middle of the fast bumpy bits at about 120mph, When The front Wheel was in The air! ...... And I was lucky to get it stopped!, on two wheels! Let along get an allan wrench from Tony Baker, in the Black Forest, past Karramore!......The GSXR 600 from Slick was the Bomb! with 2 Finishes! 110.48 mph ave speed and a Bronze Replica!! (My Frist!)...The 600 went into nuetral on the 5th lap in the Senior, at about 130 mph, No 6th!..& No Gears at All!..I parked at the Top of the Bagaro. There's a Church across the street so I enjoyed an orange juice with The Fans!....And the ZX9, got its 10th Finish! at the 05 TT!!! *OLd Faithful!!* ... ... Wednsday there was a practice for the Senior and there was only 5 bikes wanting to go out, I went second behind a Voxxn, I knew I had more top end & he was going to make me look Good!...&, The announer was all over me, for the hole lap, and gave me & Brendon some good press! & then I took over the lead & was looking good all the way around the track! &, I Won that practice on my ZX9!..If you can do that!?!...... Martin and Jerry didn't qualify or race, in The Sidcar Division. &, They only 3 practices,... But we all had a Great Time at the 2005 TT!.....I was invited to do, The Le Mans 24hr with the French Team. and a Ride at the NW200, then the 06 TT, Then Scotland for a Race and back to France for 1 more. For next years Euro- TT Tour! -(06)...Yea Buddy!   TT 05, The Supersport 600 Classes, & The Senior where on Slicks GSXR600 Slick had a nice black GSXR 600, a properly tuned race bike and I opened up with a 108 mph ave speed and did that in the A Class. In The B class, I got a good launch and rode hard, & I even caught 5 people before Ramsy. I chased 3 more up the Mt. One of the Argentinains was leading them. I caught them and got by them all one & one! I drafted the Argentinian around the 32nd and into Windy Corner & stuffed him there! And just ran hard. Got a pretty clean ride after that. Just before the end Chris Petty comes by, he'd been chasing me for a long time, and made the score! He said I was going good, but I did not think at was going to be good enough. so I was not even thinking about my time. and Tom walks up and says Congradulations on a Replica!... Go check for yourself!!.... It says : 39th,.....Wade Boyd.......110.48 mph ave.... a time of: 1 21 57.55...Bronze Replica!!...What a Great Surprize!!!! That Makes my Year!!! Yahoooo!! --thanks to Slick & Andy!...& My Pit Crew!   My ZX9 has 12 TT Finishes!!* I got a good deal on my 98, ZX9 from my local Cycle Salvage. It was Basicly Stock & Fresh, just No Farings. So I sent it to The Isle of Man, To be a Race Bike! for the 1000 Production Race at The TT! For Each year till it can not do the job any more. In 99, we had to scrounged fairings for practice, & then, we had to Rent a Fairing for The Race, because it had to be complete. And then, we broke the Muffler bracket!...Getting a DNF. In 2000, everything was Cool, till the Rain postponed the Race, And I had to get on a Plane and Miss the Race! So I could fly to Road America, and get on *The Podium There!* on my F1 Sidecar!.....In 2002 &- 03 &- 04, I Raced The ZX9 in All 3 Classes! and Finished All 9 of Them With,* No Problems!*, exept, In 04 The Muffler Strap Broke and I had to come in & Fix it Myself, it was faster that way!- We did Finish!... So Far The ZX9 had never skipped a beat on its original motor! And I now have My Top Speed Record at The TT on The ZX9 from the 04 TT! (111.28 ave.) In 05 I had to give it a real tune up & adjust the valves a couple of times, But she ran Great and got us another TT Finish, #10. It has Really been a Great Bike! And Done a Big Job! Its such a Big Bike we where calling it The Truck! ...Even though My Best & Fastest Wheelies are on it at The TT! & we've had some Sweet Rides on the ZX9! Then, I had Slick rebuild it for the 06 TT!* - Incase I had to ride it in 06 - & I did, & she got 2 more finishes! - That makes 12 TT Finishes!!** So I will now Retire that bike from TT Duty! and Bring it a New Calif Lic plate - & Ride it thru Europe after the 07 TT!   The Manx GP, (Aug.27th) & Our Bro!, Alex #76 was There, & Did It!* This is how it went,...Alex was accepted into the Senior Race, of The Manx GP!!! That is The Pre- Runner Race for The Isle of Man, TT Races! Now a Days Qualifying speed at The TT is 105ave. on a 600 and 107ave. on a Superbike. And its hard to Learn Over night! The Manx GP is on the same course as The TT, & Its the sportsmans TT! & The Manx GP, Qualifing Speed is only 95 mph ave...And Thats Still Not Slow!... He had only done The TT Production Race in 2004, and that makes him legal for The Manx GP. So, I took him around & he met all the right people at The TT this year! and kind of, Set him up, For His Manx GP Adventure!! ... So he is on The Isle of Man! He is riding a GSXR 600 from Slick, Just like I had! ...Now its Big H's Bike! That he is Going To Race in The Senior Race, at The Manx GP! He is be following the trail I left behind. (And camping in the pits in Little S.F.). So Subculture Racing is at The Manx for the 1st time!. We Wish Alex all The Luck in The World!......&, We have comunication But, .Alex is doing The Manx GP on his own, But he has a Few Friends there Now! From what I heard, He had a Good ride!!!, (with a Few Struggles!) Nobody said It Was Going To Be easy! & I saw his Manx GP Medal! Its real Nice!! And now Alex Holds Both A Manx GP! and A TT Finishers Medal!...& Thats Quiet Rare!.... Good One On Ya Dude!!! Now a Subculture Racing member has done The Manx GP!......... It was said, he Had To Do it & Now its Done! and he's a Bigger Man because of it all !!   Plannin for The next TT - 2007 -& beyond!* Urban Moto, - The Paper, is buying an 07 R! from Mission Motorcycles, toset me up with a new R1 - & come along, to The 07 TT!* - & (J.P. OCain (from Ireland) said, he's getting out of Racing) - & I have confermation of a 600 from Arclite Racing, from the bay area. ..... & I am Building a Sidecar to The TT Regulations, so that in a couple of years I will run a Sidecar at The TT with Christine as my passenger! Till, "*The 100th TT !!**" Urban Moto has received the new R1 for the 07 TT!* from Missiom Motorcycles, And I have had 2 trackdays, one with The Track Club, & one with Zoom Zoom! & we had a great time on both days! The Bike is working well, & has now been switched into a race bike! Sharkskins came thru with a full set of body work, & we got a Olins Rear shock & Dampner!... & more stuff is still, on its way,... Luggagae!!* - & the R1 got painted (White, with the Yamaha pattern as they did it themselves, Spiecial Just For US!!**) & gets stickers from Motoglyphics. of All Our Sponcers!* & a Big Urban Moto, logo on it side panels! ...&, *It's Tits!*... & it Was on stage at at O'Rielly's Bar, Bob said his R6 is Ready !!** & Mig has a Triumph Rocket to Rent me! That should be even Faster!* ... ..... So I got a Ride!* We shipped April at Midnight to get to Long Beach monday Morning! The Girls Drovie it there! (**Christine & Abby!**)... Now!!** - Thats Like & 700 Miles each way. Just for a Drop off1 ... I Got, the ACU Moutian Course...The EKG, is still pending & the last thing I need for paper work... I have 2 Transponders coming out of England with Neil Blacks help! & Pete Alton, a Sidecar Driver, (in England) Has collected my semi new leathers, with a Red Dragon on them! (So, I still get to carry The Red Dragon! ( the're from England) an E-Bay special, (Thanks to Christine - Ms. e-bay!) & he will pick up the bikes from the shippers & we will pick it up from him & find away to the Ferry & Zoom! Yea That's it! ... across to The TT!!** & we'll soon, Go Zoom... on an International Scale!* We have plane tickets,(17th of May) & Ferry Ticket! Almost had a solo ride...& then it was promised to another, & The Office - Neil Hansen (Clerk of the course -King #1) said No on the Solo. No, No, No, (Sat.).....( & I believe, I'll be lucky, to Ever get a Solo Ride Again! in years to come!) ... But Thanks the the SRA-West & Mr.Bill my cridentials for a Passenger went thru ( early Monday)... & I can ride on a Sidecar, (But, its to Late & Allen Langston couldn't wait for me...) so if some driver is in need & wants WB as a passenger. ...&, it was announced on Manx Radio also! Big Thanks!!!!********** (watch for # 88 - its, 2 Fat Ladies Singing!!!****)   MY 1ST PRACTICE WENT WELL! - (GREAT!**) I had like rode the bike to the gas station, & thats it. - Then in practice, Off The Line U like, Dump the Clutch & it a hour & a 1/2 drag race, with lots of corners!* - I RODE WITH AGO, from the back of the pack for a clear run! - & WE GOT LOTS OF PRESS! before leaving the line!* & WE DICED IT OUT ALL THE WAY!!!!**** (Yea Baby!!**)... A Graet Ride!** - I GOT THE HOLE SHOT! &, HE OUT TOP ENDS ME, EXITING UNION MILLS, Darn!*... SO I DRAFT HIM - Like, EVERYWHERE!... I can pull up but not much left when i go to pass So I had to set it up. So, I'm 2 INCHES OFF HIS TAIL! ALL THE WAY DOWN SULBY STRAIGHT & GET HIM ON THE BRAKES!! at SULBY BRIDGE!** Yea Buddy!! & then it's Run over the bridge & past All the Fans at Ginger Hall!* &, RUN,RUN,RUN!!! &, I WIN THE 1 ST LAP!* So, I hold him off till, we get back on the Mountain, & he out top ends me again! as he stuff's it in to a kind on the long straight The Mountain Mile & we got into a squeeze! & it was Tight!* - &&&& He inches away into the Lead, ( &, HE'S ON A 600 TRIUMPH)(&, I'M ON A 03 -ZX6) & he gets a good lead! &, He Wins the 2nd Lap!... ( I got a 107.6 lap)(& needed a 107.8 lap!*)( 6 seconds short)... ... .. & Its All Big Smiles!!** Every where !!*** (& Geoff Cannell says, to us Good Job Boys!!**** ... You're TT Hero's too!* ) - Now Ago & I are really, Best Buddies!!********** ... So, on the ZX6 - We are gearing down (it was over geared) & we got a newer set of Tires, Rear Shock adjustment!! - it was Hard as a HD. SportBike Night & The Vampires!*   ***WB Qualifies for the TT!!!*** The ZX6 is now running Great (it was over geared & rich on top -with only 106 hp- then we dyo'd it & got 107hp - re-did the rear shock - all in 3 days!)& I got a 108.6 lap time from a standing start! ( I only got 1 lap at a time after a big crash on my 2nd practise, on Friday..) & I dropped 1 more tooth off the rear sprocket hopeing to get another pinch, ( Top End) out of it today!! & We'll be ready to Race in the TT 600 Supersport class tomorrow!!! - (The Horse just wasn't that fast, & we had a face sheild problem in the pits, loosing some pressious time! & got a 106 lap time...) But we wher in the Centenery TT!!*** & or mission most of all was to Finish the Race!* ) Thanks to so many people All along the way!* on both sides of the pond!* Here I got backed up By alot of people too, & rented a ZX600 Kaw. - Found the bike & got the deal to got thru in about 4 hours, With help from Neil Hallett Avation ( Entrant)-Martin Hamberg(Rider) & Pete Bale (Big H's Machanic) & GillY) I got the bike Wed. night & commuted it from Onchan to the Pits every day Thursday we set the bike up in the 1st practise I goit 4 laps, But the bike was slow on top end, only pulling 12,00 in 6th gear - Bummer, I needed it to Fly!*)- 2 practie we where hoping for another 4 laps, But There was a big crash at Larual banks, 3 riders...& they all walked away!* -so we got 1 funny lap ,.. then 1 more lap a while later....& (3rd practise) I Qualified yesterday! at a speed of 108.6 mph! - from a standing start, I screemed it all the way!!!*** & I Got it to pull 14,500rpm, everywhere! .. even up the mountain -(That was the magic combo, it turns out!*).....Then we Rocked out with Danlge Bits at Sam Webbs Pub!!!** & We Where the Rockers in the Front Row!* ... ... ... ... Got to run...Practice is in a bout 2 hours! (Sat.)... A Mighty Big Thanks to everyone!* ... Help'in WB. - *** Live'n the TT Dream !!!*** WB.   ***On Top of The World at The TT!* With everyones help, I did get to race The 07 TT!!** on a Kaw ZX6 rented from Keith Williams, & backed by Neil Hallet, - ( at 1st it only rev'd to 12.000, But I did, Draft Ago' from just before the Crosby, ...& down Sulby Straight & Passed him going into the Sulby Bridge!* & it wouldn't pull 6th gear! & it had a short 14,500 Red line! - not the claimed 15,000 on the Tac. - & so it was alittle slow! - (only 107 Hp on the Dyno - &, they said we where down 20 Hp!..) - Gilly found our way in the back door. & we all shared the info. - & All the Fans & racers where on our side!** (The Entrant owns the Grid spot & can change riders or bikes)... So, I got it to run Redline everywhere, & got a 108.6 ave, from a standing start! ... & I Rang it's neck! all the way! - & in the 600 Race, ***It was 4 great laps at speed! & a clear run*** with 2 racers missing in front of me. .. I only caught the guy in front of me in the pits, & then we blew critical seconds with the face shield, in the pits, ... & never saw him again... ..*** We just needed more Top End!** ... When the fast guys went by, I felt like I was still peddeling! (Ha,Ha!... ) ***But What a Blast! I had that little ZX6 dancing at Speed!* - as fast as she'd go!**** & I'm still at TT Racer!* - even on a bike I just met!* & Had squeeze it into shape ...( I rode it to the Gas Station, - then off the Starting Line & Down Bray Hill!* with a Big Smile!* ... I got a 106mph Race ave. - ...And, I'll Take It!!***.. ... ...***Thanks again to All my Helpful Fans - Everywhere!!***......So then, I did 2 days of Touring on Alex's R1, with Noel, me being the Tour guide, to a 1st timer,...time to chill out...& see the countryside...& say a final Hi - Bye to everyone here on the Isle...& I am now making plans for next years TT. So, We Got another DNF..(Bummer, but thats Racing) ... & then, We smoozed with a few of our friends!... & enjoyed the races anyhow! .. .. .. We now plan to get to a New GSXR Motor, after 3 more races (So, we can keep up with the Jones!*) .... because that will place us in Southern Calif. near Mr. Bills house, where the job will be done this time... .. .. .. .. So Sunday we visited my family, & did some Old Car Spotting... ... ... ... & I got a photo of Don & his 1934 Laffette with a Running Chevy 6 cylinder in it! (Yea Team!!**) - (*An on going prodject, for the last 40 years!) .. .. & I made big progress on my 1934 Olds...(its going on a El Camino Chassis with a 454 motor! Yea Buddy!*) & Thanks to Dan, I have a 1972 Olds Cutless Supreme as a Doner Car,(that Runs!*) -> now heading for my 1939 Pontiac Coupe, Rat Rod!* So, the Coupe should Run, ... soon ... - as I get pic's, I'll Add them to the Webub file! .. .. Thats, My Monster Garage!*   The US GP at Laguna Seca!* - Was Great! I rode down to Laguna with 2 friends .. (Thanks to Urban Moto, & Mission Motorcycles) Sat. morning... & We visited Camp Pinecone, (Turn 6)... & Randy's Camp Hilton (atop the turn 5 hill) & never found him..., & Lance's camp with Urban Moto!... & many more ...! --> There was alot of Good Times & Real Competitive Racing!!*** ---> Looks like Stoner is gonnig to Win the Championship, -> after another Win, at Laguna! He just walked away with it! Yea Buddy! - He's The Guy to beat now! With Rossi in 2nd! .. .. .. & Nicky getting lost back in the pack... & the American's had a hard day at the office! maybe next time!   The SRA-West Raced at Fernley was Hot & Fast & We where there, with an old motor... one from Donna Hollaway's Rig.(a mid 90's GSXR 1100) (-turns out- its last run!) &, Most of the Club was there, because it is in the middle of the west coast...only a 1/2 day drive for us. Fernley is just outside Reno, Nevada.& it was Very Hot...at least 100 degree's...& that's enough to roast most anyone!... Frank & Dennis - #1, won the 1st race, from the pole,...The Dog pound was in 2nd till they blew up! so, then, WB & Christine got a 2nd from the back row!... & was looking good, but the motor was Delicate! .. .. .. Frank & Dennis left to be at John Plunkett's Funeral! - (a Cancer Victim)- (that was really Big of Them!) .. .. .. - (They could have Won again on Sunday) .. .. ... & Fernley Raceway had a Band for some good free Entertainment on Sat. Night!(& that was Cool!!!***) - for Sunday's Race - This time, WB & Christine where on the pole with Mark & Babette on the outside! & a traffic jam in turn 1! WB...just stuff's it into turn 1, on the inside! & takes the lead! & Runs!* - & gets away..followed By Mark & Babette, Mr.Bill & Eric, & Dave & Jammie!!! ... WB ran for 7 laps! .. .. .. & then Disaster...The Motor goes bad!! & the gang passes WB & Christine. out of turn 2 ( & it a new Race!).(Game over for WB & C. ) .. .. - Mr. Bill takes the Win! & Dave & Jamie get 2nd on the last lap! with Mark & Babette getting 3rd!! -( All on Becker Motor Wpork Sidecars!!**) it was a Graet Time at Fernley Raceway!!!   SRA-West Races Miller Motorsports Racway (Utah), ... & then Sandia, (New Mexico!*) ARRMA had a Vintage Speed day at Bonniville..... & Then, a Road Race weekend at Miller Motorsports Park (Utah) with the SRA - West...!.. .. So, - We left S.F. - Wed. at Midnight... & Drove -> (thru a deselate waistland)-( almost forever!) --> &, We met (The Sidecar Crew!) -> The SRA -West -( Sept. 8-9th )- (about 800 miles northeast, from S.F.)...&, Miller has put Uath on the Map!! & is a 1st Class Race Course!!** We had some really good races. (we had jetting problems) & got a 2nd in F2! 5th over all both days! - "Hans did an off track excusion" ...! & on re-entry to the track, the rig twiched &, it, Spit Rory Off &, He Flew like Superman !! Then, some of us, we had some R & R at Mohab, & had the Mohad Championship's at the Go-cart track! & some lazer tag too! & then, the abequerque 500 at the next Go-cart stand! .. . Then we arrived at Sandia Raceway on the edge of Albequerqe, New Mexico, .. &,They've never seen F1 Sidecars!* either! & we put on some Fine Races !!***)... We got 2- 4th's ...after leading the Sunday Race till we missed a gear! & it wouldn't give it back!! - (Instant 4th Place!) & we got asked back next year, &&, & we met the MX Sidecar people (&, Thats Cool!) & rode on the MX Sidecars too! & we gave some rides too! - -( MX Sidecars, Now thats something else!!**) It was Another Big Subculture Racing's F1 Sidecar Adventure! Thu the mid West!... ( about 2500 miles, round trip) we like to say we're on Vacation! - but, its a Working Vacation! - (Yea Thats it).. We had a new-ish motor again, & it did the job! -> Thanks to Hans..(We both got new-ish GSXR Motors -Hans & I)- so we had a date for a race!!** & he finished all 4 races!!! (Yea Buddy!!**) - ( &, behind WB**)), & so we did, Let the Mohawks Fly!!*** (& what a Gas we had!!** ).. .. & all the Fans liked them!!! & the F1& F2 Sidecar Races!!**.. .. .. & we also, to took a trip to Mr. Bill's -> Becker Motor Works on the way home...& updated my shorty #15..->   Subculture Racing Teams up with Becker Motor Works!* On the way home from Sandia Raceway, we stopped in at Mr.Bill's - Becker Motor Works,(& his Sidecar Factory!) and did the impossibe Task!!!!*** of a motor swap!* Most everyone in the SRA is moved up from the old GSXR motors to the newer 02 thru 06 models, because they are much faster! &&&!... ... & No Jetting with Injectors!! .. .. So we have now, done the same, with Mr Bills help, we have installed a new 06 GSXR 1000 motor. Yea Buddy!! ... So we feel that will help us, keep up with the Jones... and mix it up some more! & next season should be a Really Good One!!** ... ...#15 will continue to be a True Contender on the Track! -> *and they're all in Twouble!!*** .. .. And A Big Thanks to ->Mr. Bill * & Christine!*   Jimmy's Old Car & Motorecycle Picnic - Was Cool!* I got there after noon in Webub, my 39 Pontiac, a Street Rod - Limo!! - (My Personal Limo!*) - that is always on Parade!!**.. .. .. I Rode till 11:30..(SMR.) - then Left my house about noon/thirty, to go to Jimmy's Picnic... This was a Good Time! There was the Zietgiest crowd...at the bottom of the feild... I did finally find them, & I did get the last Mararita form the Dude with the 2-stroke Blender, & a 36 Ford! ... & met a guy with a 39 La Salle!!** (Cad.) - (with parts!)- Yea Buddy!*** .. & I took photo's of most of the 30's cars...& the Coolest cars there!! - There is usually about 400 cars, &&& that show up *& there was!!* - & lots of Smiling Faces!!** - - it was Sunday at Speedway Meadows, in Golden Gate Park...(S.F.)....   Buttonwillow, Sidecar Races with the AFM... & then... Oct 20th & 21 we where racing with the AFM, that was hosting the SRA-West Sidecar Races at Buttonwillow.. & they did run the course backwards!!... & Lance (Cheated) & was there Practicing the week before! - & the they took out the jump & are using a 180 mph straight - that Ain't smooth, & almost has a jump, but those with Big Motors! liked it anyhow!... now, Like US! - We where Ready!* - just a few more changes...( this course was new, for the SRA.. ( thats Cool!*) ... ... & I raced the TT R1, in the AFM's production class, as a test, to see how the set up is going. ... .. & then, MX Sidecar racers Janette & Morgan are going to give road racing a try & start on Old #99 - *** Spocered by Subculture Racing *** so 99 will be back in 08!* - .. .. ..& then next weekend, - WB, & Hans & maybe Alex will try Racing on a Motocross Sidecar, at Tulare MX -( Thanks to Janette & Morgan) - Sunday Oct. 28th - - - For the passenger, this is the hardest job, in the world..(this will beat them up).... its the hardest thing, one ever did do!! - So I hope they are working out!!! - so they can hold on! - we may do a Tag Team - so they can servive without looking bad!   *** SUBCULTURE RACING IS BACK, ON TOP!!!*** ... 2007 SRA-West ran with the AFM at Buttonwillow. - - & a Big Thanks to Becker Motor Work for the installation of a new 06 1000 Suzuki motor, like alot of the gang. And with a few small adjustments, The Rig Flew!!! - It easily kept up on the long straights, & make it Very Possible to pass & Pick off the Leaders. - "They Knew they where Doomed!" ... ... We started on the back row! And blasted up the inside passing over 1/2 of the feild, Then getting into turn 1, in 5th place, and pulled up on the leaders thru the esses, - & by the back straight we had 3rd & got 2 more! ... yea buddy! - Then, around Mr. Bill in the sweeper! -( Thanks! Mr. Bill!... &, U knew this was coming) - Swoosh! ... Then we pulled up on Rick in 1st place, & followed him around for a lap, till we got to the sweeper again & swooshed him on the exit! before he gets to turns & holds me up, because we can go even quicker than that! .. .. ... then, ( I said, to myself) lets see if they can keep up... & I'll sweeze it just aliitle, .. & Pin it on the straights, like Rick ....(& Christine was yelling Yea hooo! all the way!*) .. .. Mr. Bill gets Rick , & is doing good & gets alittle close, then has problems. .. ..then, ... On a small course, of 1.8 miles, & 13 corners! - That was lots of Fun, we're on a short rig. Subculture Racing had never been on the Streets of Willow !... * - - Mark & Bobette get the hole shot, with Rich Murray in 2nd, till Mr.Bill gets by on lap 2. Then we're behind Rick & can't get by,... Doug (Dogpound) slips by us & then Rick too! - so its my turn again, to try to get by Rick,.. ( we've been close before, so...) I stuff it up on the outside, in the esses on the last inch of pavement...& even skid up in there - ( Because Rick is, On The Brakes)... ... & well we touched (for the 1st time) - 1st he bumps me off the road, & on the 2nd bump.. - Rick Looses the rearend, & instead of turning left, his rig Kisses the side & front of our rig & Slides around the front of my rig & turns right, into the feild!!** - & takes us both out into the dirt! -(Nida Murray - Mom says, its Not Bumper cars!) We just shut down & when the dust cleared - We where just off the track, (Nobody fell down) Rick was cruzing the dirt feild, way out there, in a giant ark , ( that will take him a while to find the track - so we're gone! - So, we just turned left & got back on the track, now behind Hans,... but not for long...So, we eneded up with a fourth. The Rig got dirty & now has its 1st Tire mark on it - (Really only, Minor Damage...& Rick has almost No Damage! ) -But the Race Director -Rick's Passenger, Got One Hell of a 1st Ride!! & he hung on for all he was worth! as they slid around the nose of my rig, in slow motion!* - Good One On Ya Dude!!***.. .. .. . we now feel we have a good head start on next season! & the Rig is Flying! The poor mans sports car. ... & I put it together, & Painted it myself, (a Non Traditional Paint sceem!!** - & - *I Like It!*) I've been working on it, in my other spare time, & with other, spare $$, over the last 5-10 years ... & now she's almost ready for the Big Road. - We're trying to be well rounded in all of our sports. .. .. I have a few adjustments to do still. But she went on her maiden voyage, " to the store," .. ( yes, Me Too!*)   Willowsprings --> Race #4 with the SRA - West!* This was the begining of the Hot Race season, at 101 degrees!. 11 Rigs ran,...(& we where seeing speeds of 155+ mph. across start/finish - *She was running Good!*)... & we had an inverted grid again. ... We're on the 4th row... --> So the flag drops, ... we hope to go around Roy James, but he stalls the motor! - on the line! & we get pinched off, & really start in the back. The leaders ran & got away! ... we just kept Rick Murray in sight, as we worked our way through the field. ... & we finally see shean in the distance, so he's next, so, We get Shaun in our sights! (he in 6th)... so we draft him out of turn 9, & Pick him off! on the front straight!* & we get into 6th! ... &, we're still following Rick... ..... --> But then, exiting turn 2... Something went bag, & went up in smoke, & the rig refuzed to continue...! So, we parked rather quickly!* - (Like an Emergancy Stop!*)(with only a little sruggle staying on the pavement - but we did!*) so we got to watch & to tell the turn workers who was doing what. *Thats Racing!* ... Turns out our chair axle, Broke! ... So, back to the garage. But the last bit of new up dates, *Worked rather well!** .... Frank Won, Oliver got 2nd , & Mark got 3rd!*   Racing Stories (most recent stories at the bottom) Did you know about the Bugs on the I.O.M. One of my jokes is: the reason they have the TT Races is, To clean the Isle of Man of Bugs!! The front # plates are always caked w/Bugs. If you run out of tear offs, you cannot touch your sheild to wipe the bugs away! They smear, Big Time!! and make it all but impossible to see out your sheild..Unless you have a TT-High Speed Sheild Cleaner, you have to leave it along and suffer!   My Biggest & Fastest Wheelies!-are at the TT!! **2003 TT, at AGO's Leap on my ZX9! 140+mph. over Ago's Leap, #1 & #2 and all the way to the top of the hill, in 1 sweet move! The Marshal at Ago's came and found me, Later at the Beer Tent, to tell me that, " I had the Best Wheelie of anyone in the TT!! over AGO's Leap!!" ** 2004 Down Cronky Vodi Straight, in 6th gear ,flat out on my ZX9, I rolled off for the right hand curve, at the End of the Straight. And back on the gas!! Its alittle bumpy there, and in about 2 steps there is a Triple Riple in the road.(Wheelie Bump)-(BONUS PIONTS) And I got this Perfect Launch into My Fastest Wheelie!! Ever!! I even said WOW! to myself in my helmet at the time. It was from the Riple, down the hill into & thru the dip, and I put the Front Wheel down on the Plattow!!! on the other side!!! at a speed of about 160-165mph!!! IT Was So SWEET!!! Perfectly Done!! Just as you Dreamt it!!! And, I did see about 6 Fans/Wittnesses in the driveway to the field on the right side.and it was too fast to see any on the hedge on the other side....that I know that are there! Zoom!   The disappearing Seagul I was entering Kate's cottage at speed, you know right where your arc goes right up to Kate's Cottage,out wide, then arcs to the inside wall, thru the blind spot to the outside of the road, just before you find the straight and the ski jump down to the Crag na Bar. Well right at Kate's was 3 big seagulls. 1 on the edge of the road. He was inside the line and the other 2 Seagulls where just on the other side of the line. It was the 1 on my side of the line I was worried about. He took another step into the road and started to take off, down the road. I was only able to adjust my angle about 2 degrees as I dove passed him into the blind spot!Hoping he did Not take me out! Tucking in to the bike and the wall on the left and trying to stay on the road and not run off the right side on the exit.We did use ALL of the Road! on that one! If the Seagull had gone up on a normal lift off, I'd would of run right over him or he would have hit me personally, and that was a very sentitive spot for that kind of Bird Show! He just disappeared! We never made contact! It was a very close one! TT 2004! Zoom, WB.   I gave my Purple Hat to Stevie a Super, TT Fan! I met Stevie at The TT, in 2002, The Ultimate TT Fan! &, We became friends fast..... So I see him at The TT Banquet. I was in my Red Zuit Suit for the 1st time! &, So he says, Wow Dude, I must have your Purple Hat! (* Only because I felt he was The Ultimate TT Fan, I gave him my hat *) So I said after the cerimony, & The Photos, I will turn you on to it, if you take care of it , & Wear it,...With pride!!...So he does wear it to The TT now a days! Right on Dude!   The Purple Teddy Invasion Back in 1997, I took with me to the Isle of Man, my Favorite Little Purple Teddy, because he needed a Trip too! Late 1 night when we where Partying with The Imfumous Joe O'Sullivan, and Driving around at 4am in the morning. Thats when I noticed the Teddy was M.I.A..... So he jumped ship and moved to the Isle. I had never seen a Purple Teddy on the Isle Before!!! ..... Now a days you can go into Any ,Trinket Shop on the Isle of Man,..... And They are ,...Everywhere!! It s like a Purple Teddy Invasion! He must have had a Good Time. So I guess I'll have to get 1, & bring a New Purple Manx Teddy back to S.F.!!, so he can trip too!   The Magnifico Lap on the 400RR 2nd lap of practice for the 400, I learned that the 400 was a little slower that I was hoping for, on this long course. But, amongst some other 400's it was not to bad. But I really needed to find somone to Tow me around, to make up for my lack of Top End! Somone going just alittle faster with alittle more top end. Then draft them!! Everywhere!! all the was home ! I found my guy, We had Dafting Wars, everywhere! We changed postions many times! We had a Dynomite Ride! He Won, and I was right behind him all the way! When we pulled into the Pits and stopped I gave him a big pat on the back to say Hi, Great Ride! and Thanks! He said Magnifico! Bravo! Bravo!!! (*A Bro from Italy!*) Cheers!!   Real TT Hero's on TV in The UK, But We have a copy Now!! Back in 2003 a film crew made a film about the TT and a few of the riders. I was a big part of that film!...but none of Us Americans ever saw it! We don't watch TV at The TT. I was a Big part of that film., They showed it last year at TT Time. Everyone in Douglas came up to me, and said, Hi, & that I did not know how famous I was!......Only about 2% of the TT, imfo or films & stuff ever gets to The USA. And they wonder why most The USA, never heard of the Isle of Man TT. Only Real Motorcycle Enthusiasts know! It is about 8 hours of Real TT Hero's and what they go through at the TT. ( I got 3 hours) I helped them any way I could, as Usual! Maybe they will play it this year too!..........So I Finally got a copy !....(Thanks to some of my TT fans!)..So I .Copied it & gave a copy to The S.F.M.C...& one to my Webmaster...for additions to my website and I have a copy that I can do show & tell with!   SRA at Barger Speedway in Alabama, in 2004 A Great time was had by All! The track was real nice and so was the Museum. The peolpe were very pleasant had not seen Sidecars before exept on TV. They Loved the Race/Show! Frank and Dennis Won both events , (SRA-West #21 )with John Gee from Canada got second. Frank & John and Mr.Bill and Rick battled it out, Christine and I started in the back and chased them as all the way. Our funnest pass was on Roy James in the last corner. He saw us coming, and tried to make a run for it. (we were lapping him) He was using the line he learned from me in practice and he was Trying to get to the Finish line before us! We say that Rabit! and we were going to get there first. And I did Not want to make it a drag race. It was down the hill into a 3rd gear swooshing left, a berm on the inside and Grass on the outside! He went low, so we went high on the outside and dove in on him at the apex. Just as we where getting our tail by! He lost the front end and it was alittle closer that we where hoping for. We all put on a good show, They really liked us (Sidecars), and the wild #8 rig with the mohawks! We got a 5th, and we did, have a thrilling monent in turn 4, we got alittle high while practicing floating the chair, burned onto the inside berm. But we pulled it back, Just in time! But the fans loved it!...Photos soon.   Some Hard Times at The TT Back in 97 I was riding my ZX7 Kaw. at The TT. I was on my way up to the paddock, to gas up for a race. Everything was cool as far as I knew. Just get gas and go through Scrutineering. After filling my gas tank I started the bike to ride up the rest of the way,...and,... I had drips of water coming off of my exhaust & a spray coming out of the tail pipe! Oh, No!!...A blown head gasket! I had 3 choises, blow it up, Sit out the Race or try the Impossible,...Fix it, Now!, and still try to make it!!!...So I decided to try to Fix it, Now!! I knew I didn't really have enough time! But, you must try!...I sent a messenger up to scrutineering about every 15 minutes, triing to get a little more time, they said OK, but hurry. We busted our asses at Ronnie McCalisters caravan with his help, till he had to leave, to race himself. We got a gasket in nothing flat. We ripped it apart, I had lots of help, one dude just wiped up the oil that was spilled. The wrenches where a Flyin! I was alittle later than was accepted!...of course. But it was, Just before the race actully started! and I was way in the back of the grid, so there was still about 30 minutes till they got to my spot on the grid. But Scrutineering would Not Even, look at my bike and None of The 5 Kings (Officials) would even talk to me. There Rules are Stiff and Tuff and they give in to No One!...If we where in The USA I would have been in the race! But No Not on The Isle!....Another Lesson learned the hard way! After the race I bought Ronnie a case of beer, at the beer tent, to say Thanks for the help and efforts!... and I avoided the ACU for a couple of years, as much as possible, including the banquet....So be ready and on time!   Just missed Another replica on The 400 Joey Bike 2004 I bought a CBR 400 RR from Craig McClean that he got out of S.F. I got the bike sight unseen, and it turned out to be the bike that I really wanted, with The 96 Factory Racing Colors!.*.The Joey Bike! *Unfortunatly it was really stock and a little slow for the TT, compared to others. I did have a* Magnifico lap in practise with an Italian, Rumiono #78,* Qualifing at 100mph ave speed, That was the time of the last replica to be given out. All 3 American should have finished at about the same speed, with Replicas! But both Craig and I had problems!....In 1995 I did a 105mph ave speed on a 400 Kaw....But not today. After practise the bike had problems, I gave it a full tune up and everything, but in the race it would not pull the 14,000 Red Line! That I Really Needed!... Only 12,500rpm, and that was not good enough. My girlfriend Christne said she cryed for me as I crossed the line on the first lap! Knowing what I was going though! Triing to get that Replica! ( Just Missing Another one!) I struggled with it all the way, but got it home in front of a couple of riders. I had lined up to have it all tuned up for the next year, so it would be fast like the all other bikes. But the TT then announced that this was to be the last 125 and 400 race ! They just Cancelled the classes! A Royal Bummer for many! I had no intention on ever selling the bike till its job was over...&, Suddenly it was over! just like that! I did sign the protest and said Good Luck on that one! I also wore a Black Arm Band in The Race, for the Killing of The Classes and Wore a Black Zuit Suit to the Awards Banquett, in a Color Protest! And that left The Announcers Speechless, wich is impossible to do! I ended up selling the Joey Bike to an ex-girlfriend, so I can still see and touch it. So it now lives a happy life of retirement as a street bike in S.F.   Thanks to Marshaling Fans As I was exiting Braddon Bridge, in the Senior TT 2004. The Fans at the Church Corner, where Not Waving As Usual,... to go fast & wheelie. They where Waving , No, No, No,. The road looked clear, but, ....what is around that corner? You would normally enter, that blind spot and Tuck in, as you go into warp speed!, and come out Onto the next staight, & go Faster,Faster!,Faster!! There was something up and the Fans Saved the Monent! They where even quicker than the Real Marshals. The Arginetinian Rider right in front of me, that I saw, &, he was the rabit I was chasing, he just clipped the haybail and Got Off!!, Big time!!! ... He was just out of site. Because of the Fans, I Cruzed, thru that blind spot and found, his bike on the left side of the road. With debrie all across the track, till you found him, taking a Nap in the right side gutter!,( that dosin"t really exist!) Thanks to the Fans for Saving the Moment! I Was Chasing that rabit! That would have been a close one! Thanks! WB.   The Cabo 4000 Rally This year the Cabo 4000 Rally started by leaving S.F., on the Bike, meeting in Holister for breakfast. This was the meeting spot for all. Then it was all the best back roads to the Boarder, a 12 hr ride! A $100 entry fee, was then give to Mexico for Ins. and a Pass ,to Ride like the Wind!!. Breakfast on the sidewalk in Ensinoda, to regroup, then on to the Bay of L.A. We had 9 Bikes and 10 People, The second nite we where in Mulege!! And the 3rd nite we where in Cabo. And Everyone made very gas stop, as a group. *3 Nites in Cabo and 1 Wedding to attend, for the East Oakland Motor Bros!!... ** **Cabo is only the 1/2 way piont ,we still have to ride home!** It was Summer in Cabo!!! The Ride home was as good as the way down! We almost never went under 100mph, exept to get in & out of the Gas Stations! We are, the fastest vehicles on the Baja! And they love to see us Fly By!! Passing anything and everything on the road like it was parked!! The Cabo Rally is like a 4000 mile /10 Day, Track Day, w/Friends!! And a Party at every stop, with Grins on everyones faces!! We had 30 Pit Stops for Gas! And 3 Days off in Cabo, lots of Beer and Mararitas!!! & Shrimp and Lobster!! at every stop! My tires just made it Round Trip. But I did Scorch the rear tire, Doing Wheelies on the last set of 100mph Wheelie Bumps!! In the old days this was The Cabo 1000 Race, and we rode From The US Boarder to Cabo in one day, thats 1059 miles from the US boarder to Cabo! & my best time was 11:20 ...On Open Roads...Thats Right! Open Roads!!!...First one there Wins!!! Braging Rights!...& for The Biggest Margarita around! And I Won The Cabo 1000 Twice in a row! and then, Scattered the Katana1100, Motor on the 3rd try, while I was in The Lead!, at Geregro Negro. It was like somebody shot my motor! Like in an old Airplane movie!..........Then there was a 12 hr wait for the Chase Truck!....and this is only the 1/2 way point!... going there!   In 1994 I Garaged with The Britain Team In 94 I was Renting a Bike from Ron Grant. And we where garaged up above Govners Bridge, in a Private Residence. We had the House Garage and The Britian Team had the Large Garage.They had 3 Bikes, *That They Where Sill Building*....The Team Busted there Butts!! and where, Doing IT! They Did Make History, But Not Quite What They Wanted!...They did Not Just Win!...They where Running Against The Factory Honda Team!! And* Where Doing The JOB!* * They where Almost Untouchable!* with speeds approaching 200mph!!*.............I remember Picking up my helmet at the Same Time as Mark Farmer. We both Gave each other The cool Nod of Good Luck! That was Nice!.....................But The Next Time I Ever Saw Mark. He was Caught Sleeping on The Course With a Broken Bike!..............This Was a Big Blow to The Team,... and Everyone!......I Wore a Black Arm Band, for a Couple of Years on that one, for Mark...........But, ....*The BRITIANS, Where and Are The Latest Wonder of The Motorcycle World!!!*   Going to The Marshal Dinner So, I was Invited to come say a few words to the acting Marshals , who are all Volinteers! Because they are Real TT Fans!...My hair is usually in some Bright Purpleish Color, and I don't usually need a pass or ID. ...But getting in past the door man at the Villia Marina, at The Marshals Dinner was alittle difficult. I didn't has a Pass. The doorman asked, Got a Pass?...&, Who do you know?...But I had forgot her Name. and Being put on the Spot I forgot Everyones Name....I know everyone and they know me, But We Don't Know any Names!....Monents later Our Official stops by, and I was wisked in!.......So, I told them that on my days off I do Marshaling Too! I call it High speed Spying! Looking for the Magic Line! & no telling who you will meet in any corner that you go to!   The Crash Of 98, Came with a Bad Premanishion! Have you Ever Had a Bad Premanishion?...First You have to be Receptive Enough. To Listen & to Hear,...*Somone in The Cosmos Triing to Warn You of Trouble on The Horizon!*... And Then to Tell a Friend, to help Break It! ..... Now You have to Deciefer what the Problem * IS!,*... *Before It Happens!* ................ This is another of the Many reason I like my Girlfriend to go to The TT, she backs me up in So Many Ways!.& she Double Checks my realities!*...The Crash of 98 was on Joe O'Sullivan's New GSXR 600, It was Fresh and Set Up. It should have worked great. But , the night after the 1st practise, I had a Devistatingly, Bad Premanishion,.........I was going to Get Hurt,.. Tomorrow! and there was nothing I could do about it!..........As Far as I knew everything was fine , the bike was OK and so was the Sidecar! .....So you go out On Schedual., You can not afford to miss a practice.......Well, I Guess The Rear Shock Gave Up That Night. Because the Bike went Haywire on leaving the Start Line!...So, I Tip Toed my way around the course, I knew something was Wrong!.....I had to get back for the next , Sidcar practise, in about 30 minutes. Well we made the Bottom of the Bagarow, OK... But the Dip entering the next straight, Took Out The Rear Shock! And Turned it into a *Pogo Stick! * ..... And there was No way to make the next corner. (The Bike Comitted Suicide and Triied to take me with it !) I Bought a Tree That Day! The Marshal,(My only witness,) to the my Entering The 13th Milesstone that Day. Said, I put the flag out for Ya when you went by, I Never Saw a Speed Wobble, That Bad Before!, I knew you where in Trouble!!..... I was in the ACU office the Next day, and Nick Jefferies walks by and Says, I Thought I Saw a Ghost! and I Replied, Luckily No You Did Not!...&..Thats another reason I always go, say Hi to the Fairies at the Fairy Bridge,...For Good Luck!   Why did the Pheasant, Not Cross the Road? 1997 TT, I was on my ZX7 heading for Greeba Castle. At about 170mph, as fast as that bike would go, after a 2 mile straight. I come over and down the hill, to find the biggest Pheasant!! Crossing the road, during the race. I was going to Take Him OUT!! I was only able to give him about 2% more room. I had No More Room letf myself!. If I would have stuck my left hand out. I'd have taken his head off, as I went by!! His head was about knee hight, while on my bike! As I got to him he Spun around, &" He lost feathers Spinning around!!" (He wanted to Live) I saw it! ** Him spinning around Saved us Both! I did not hit him after all!! That was a close one!!   In 95 I Was Arrested In N. Ireland During The N.W. 200 I was commuting to the N.W. 200 from Balimony with Big H., thats about 15 miles. The 1st nite I had no tail lite. But we had a cool ride. The 2nd nite, I had no head lite, just a # plate, I was worried about the sun going down! Well every Cop in town watched us leave. (oh No) So we went slow, when we got to Balimony's 1st round about. We where Road Blocked and where Surrouned like Real Criminals! So I was arrested for being a foreiner with No Road Insurance. And I was taken staight to the police station for questioning! One block from where I was living!...So I went to court 2 days later, In my Most Colorful Jester Clothes, and stood up Big & Tall! & every time I answered the judges questions, Everyone Laughted! ... He fined me 70 pounds, But I only had $30. He said why don't you borrow it from your freinds. I said, they have been so nice to me I would never ask them for money! Take me to jail now, so I can get out & into The Races, so I can get paid or your stuck with me! & they all Laughted! So, He sent me to the bank to change my $ to pounts. But a Lawyer friend said, come back & wait rite here!...&, I learned a New Word that day-*( A Wip Round!.)*..They had all chipped into help me pay that fine!... &, As I was leaving, I turned and Thanked Them All ! & then said, & Have a Nice Day! (A Tottaly American Saying!) & got a Standing Ovation!!!   Did you know about the Bugs on the I.O.M. ? One of my jokes is: the reason they have the TT Races is, To clean the Isle of Man of Bugs!! The front # plates are always caked w/Bugs. If you run out of tear offs, you cannot touch your sheild to wipe the bugs away! They smear, Big Time!! and make it all but impossible to see out your sheild... Unless you have a TT-High Speed Sheild Cleaner, you have to leave it along and suffer!   WB. hung out with David Knight & Steve Cully & The Purle Helmets!** I was invited to compete in the Wheelie Ben Race with The Purple Helmets! and ended up hanging out with Steve Cully (World Champion Trails Rider*) & David Knight(World Champion Enduro Rider*). David & I, Raced the Wheelie Ben Race - So the Dude next to me on the start slaps my helmet, just before the flag drops to distract me!.. & it almost worked, I did look & almost fell out on the start!* - So we work our way into the Lead, & what happens when we get to turn 3,... Charlie Never shut off the gas!* & you Slide the corners!!* Yea Baby!* Thats my style ... I can do this &, WIN!*** - &, Charlie & I Won , with David Knight & his P.H. - got 2nd - &, - I think they stopped for a soda or something!* (Ha-Ha) - **Its was a Sliding Good Time!**   *The Eyes at Karramore!* So a couple of years ago, while racing my ZX9 in the Superbike Race at The TT. As I was bonding down the hill over the bumps, into Karramore, (a left hand corner, with a pocket) As my eyes scanned thru the corner & the 3 Marshals (turn works) standing at the apex. ..(to find my line exiting). Well the one in the middle was a girl & for a breif moment - "*Our Eyes Connected*" - I to I! & Soul to Soul, (I Swear!*) - "*It Was a Gloriouse Moment!* & a Found Memory!*" ... ... as I left that corner at High Speed,* - I was saying, "*Wow!***" What was that? What did I just see?, How long was I gone -(in There!) ... & zoom I was Gone......That was a Sweet Experiance!* ... ... About a week later at the Races in Castle Town, I got to meet, This Sweet Lori, & it turns out that, she has "*The Eyes of Karramore!*", (& she made my day again!*) - & we got to remonece about that Glorious Moment, Together!* & The Races! .. She said, "What Where You Thinking,?" - Wow!* ... ... Yea Thats It!* ... she's a Big TT Fan!!** & now we are best of friends!!***
