Bummer News about Robert Dunlop... 2008
And another Racing Hero Bits the Dust!* -( at The NW200) & will join his brother Joey with the racing Gods! or something like that! This is, The End of an Era! But his son's will carry on the Racing Tradition of the Dunlop family!* - & I'm sure they (*Joey & Robert*) are **very proud of the Kids too!** Many Fans all over the World, feel the loss, & wish the family All The Best!* --- Godspeed!

Once in the Villa Marina, Rory & I interviewed Robert Dunlop, for a film crew of, the Real TT Hero's!* - & * we told him he was our Hero!* -> He was bummed, that he only got a 4th, & not the win!....& then like 2 years ago, we where in the Queens Hotel in Laxey, one evening, & Robert & the crew walked in, ... & at the stroke of midnight, we all sang, Happy Birthday to Jackie!* With Big Smiles Everywhere!!!***.. They where some Good Times! with Our Hero, Robert Dunlop!* Godspeed Bro!*

***The Bill Boyd Memorial Ride***
On July 27th 2008, was 3 yrs. later mark, of Bill Boyd's passing. So upon request, we had a Bill Boyd Memorial Ride, on Hy. 1 *** up & beyond!* --> It started at the usual, Arco, (*& time & place*) at Tam Junction, we had about 300 riders!! --> *** on The Sunday Morning Ride. --> With friends on motorcycles,-(*& even Jerry Gerkinsmier, - another Riding Bro of Pop's) so we rode,... thru the Fog, on the first section, & then up the coast, to breakfast in Point Reyes - at the Station House, Bill Boyd T-Shirts where given to a few...& placemats, & other cool stuff, to remember him by. & we had a poster signing, & I gave one of the two posters to Barbra for her years of S.M.R. Efforts over the years!* - ( & I have the other*) some riders had to peel off & return to their other lives... but for those that came to ride, *all day* - next, we went to the the Big Elephant Rock, at Dillion Beack, in the mystic fog! --> then up to Jenner for gas, & regrouping.... Then up to Skaggsprings Road...over the mountian ... & we got entertained by a Fast Harley Rider!* then off to the Stupmtown Brewery in Gerneville, for a good lunch & live music! - then, alot of back roads, & No Traffic, till we saw Hy 101. & then to the Wall, in Oakland for a Fogged over Sunset!* But there where Happy Friends to chat with. & Then, some Local Entertainment happened!!*** & we got to see the debue of ***Golden Boy*** -( The east bay stunter!*) He was so Funny!*** & Goldenboy!* ... Most of these Great roads, where showed to us by Bill & friends... ( The 1st genreation S.M.Riders!*) we did about a 300 mile day!* - & we kept it on time & Fun!* The best Bill story was told by *Larry Laine,* one of Pop's old Riding Buddies!!** at the first stop. about how Bill would, **Smoke the gang!** & then break a cigarette off in half, & *be smoking it*, when you showed up. & he'd say, *What Took You So Long! Ha!Ha!!* -> Bill is in this months,(Sept)--> Urban Moto*

A Subculture Summer* --> & My Monster Garage!*
The SRA is having some schedual problems, .. so, so far we don't race again till Sept. at Miller ... So we been having a good summer, riding, surfing, swimming, hot tubing, & playing, along with the normal life, & work. ---> in Sunny S.F.** :):) ... ... ... ... & on another front, --> I've been making some progress in My Monster Garage, - ( & the joke is, -** We Have No Garage!** - but, we have a Monster Swing Set, & a Hoist!*)-( we're just in a field of trees - luckily, for some shade*- because, *Its Hot!*) ... ...*** But This is how they did it in the old days!*** -- -- --> the 34 Olds, is getting a Nose & Tail - frame transplant, ( 72 El Camino, - N & T &, 34 Olds, - mid* - so the body will fit back on) & it now has been de -bodied. - (on day 8) --> Don's 34 Laffette, has a running Chevy, 6 cyl. in it. --> the brakes are next.. ( & this is now, his 50th year on this prodject) (so I'm gonna help push it Thru!*) - ( so our #1 plan, is to see Don Drive his car, to see the Smile that it creates, on his face!*)- (But you Can't tell him that*) --->the 39 Pontiac Coupe is getting a mustang 2 front end...&&& from oroville, & then we can really start in on it! - ... ... ... & on my way up to Oroville this weekend, (for days 9 -10 & 11 - in My Monster Garage!*) - I will pick up, --> *Ice Cold!* - (it wants a Birthday party, - & I bought it some presents too!*) - a 1928 Model A - Rat Rod, a Non Traditional Model A* - with a 283 chevy in it!* - & he said it runs!* I've been getting some photos & filming some of it but the camera man is uaually missing... or too busy!* (ha,ha!*)... & then, I rode a Track day on the 05 R1, with Wendy & Gail from Mission M. Shop, & Yamaha, on Monday!* at Thunderhill!*** before going home. .. .. .. & Then in my other spare time I Finished & got the 1957 -->*TR3 Running!* ...at the end of the summer. So we can be sporty too!*

** Ice Cold*** --> & a Trackday with Mission M. Shop -(Yamaha*) & Zoom Zoom***
So we picked up Ice Cold!*...( a real Frankenstien) - (* a real Diamond in The Ruff!*) & we took it to Don's Antique & Collectable Emporium ---> (*our Monster Garage*) (& Del was our Guest Star /Mechanic of the day!*) & so we got started... Diesecting it & throwing away a few parts!* ... turns out, we have to Do almost Everything over!... ( I remember the Dude, (Jarame*) saying, ... some things are just to give U an Idea...!!!*) - (think about it)... - (he just Tacked ... everything together!) ... So, We had to D-Body it! ...&&&, & we had to make new motor mounts... &, re-alien the frame...& &&& &, we are 1/2 way thru the frame... - & we are cutting & welding everywhere!!!*** - So I took the body home for some homework!* --> Yea Thats it!* --. but just wait till we are done...***its work in progress!!!*** & Anything Goes!* --> So, look out, ***Men Working!!*** - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -> * then we had a Great day at Thunderhill & with Wendy & Gail at Mission M. Shop, sponcered by Yamaha!!*** & Zoom, Zoom* ... I rode my 05 R1** & she did good* - & it was good to have a Fast Bike!!!*** I got to dice it out with Wendy & a few others!* (Funny thing , they always gave Wendy a Big Head Start!*)... I'd finally catch her, & play for awhile, before each session was over. & we had a Grand Time!!*** ( with perfect weather!*) - --> I did 6 sessions, in all... &, nobody in our group fell off! .. & almost everyone Won a prize at the raffle...!!* at lunch - - so, everybody got an *A* for the day!*

*The SRA Races at Miller, ... Sept 6-7 - 08
Yes the SRA F1 Sidecars will be at Miller Motorsport Park soon, Sept. 6-7th!* & I'm sure all the Teams are Hungry to Race, after a long vacation. We're racing with AHRMA, with the Vintage Race Bikes! Most everything made back when, is raced at these races. - *Even a Britain!* ... & the famous 160 class will be there in force!* & I heard they will raffle off another 160!!** ... It should be a Glorious weekend!* .. Hope to see U there!* --> Most of us have to travel - far, to get to Miller - (Utah) - & Our Racing Vacation* We leave on Wed. & will get there Thursday...with a practise on Friday. Then we can Rev up those motors!* And race on the smoothest race course on the west coast of the USA!*... (Very Nice!!***) ... & I heard the Sidecars, even get a Garage this time!** ... We had some Great work on the Rig done by Becker Motor Works!!!** & Arklight Racing!!!*** with a Big Thanks to them!!!***

**Ice Cold**
The body's off, & I took in home to S.F. - for some homework... & then back to Oroville & Don's Antique & Collectable Emproium*. At home I fixed up a working windshield frame, ( one that opens!*)...the begining of a floor, ( it was a Camero Hood!*)-(but its alittle thin) - And on our first stop at The Captian's Welding Shop, (in S.F.) So, I, ***Dipped*** the Non Doors!* - it's a *Step Into Model A!*- Now!* ( done with the Plazma Cutter!**) & I did some other trimming, & welding & replacing of body panels. And now we're starting to work on the trunk & lid..& make it a working rumble Seat! ...The body is again in S.F. ( & lives on my trailer) --> & on our second visit to The Captian's, we made a Firewall, & Del & I did some more grinding, cutting & welding & Fabricating!* ..... & more adjustments!* ---> & she's starting to look good!* .... Don's donating a hot chevy 350 motor, so we looking for a rear end before we finish the frame. The chassis is sort of a Model A (front)- VW type pan(mid) - Model A. (rear) - to get the Channeled Effect, with Pinto front, Independent Suss. !!! --------------- --> so it should Like to Turn!*** ... So while on my bike, at the Point Reyes gas station, the other day, we found like 30 Model A's on a cruz!!*** & No 2 cars where the same!---> ( so, Anything Goes!!!***)- It was Good to see the Model A Quest is still on, everywhere, or at least in the USA!!*** ... So I'll keep welding on my old rust bucket, & make it live Again! - As Ice Cold!***

AHRMA / SRA-West at Miller Motorsport Park....(9-6&7-08)
It was called The 3rd Annual Bonneville Vintage GP, at Miller, & The SRA ran too for the 2nd year. 3 days of Riding & Racing!..& on Sat. we had such a big Battle with Rick Murray & Mr. Bill in a fight for 3rd overall. We got by Rick on the way into turn 1 on the 1st lap, but he goes under us & runs - we chase him down again at turn 3, with Lots of Brakes!!* - follow thru 4-5 & dive in on 6, but he pulls it off! & keeps the lead, by inchs!!! we try to go under him, exiting the last corner, end up in the draft, & get by just past start/finish!! & dive into turn 1, & keep it! & Run!!!*** - We do the big dive into turn 6, & here comes Rick sneaking up the inside! - & again at the shicane!! - we entered the shicane 2 abreast!(with Big Smiles!!**)& Never Touched!!** - We had the line, so Rick got scrubbed off, mid shicane! & we keep the lead, & then, I started handing him & Mr. Bill, all the Vintage Rigs & Back markers!!*** ( here have another!) - as I kept finding them - everywhere*...& Rick stuck with us & my line, only inches away!* & We where Flying!!!*** - & we just kept running!!*** Roy was the last back marker we past, enetering turn 14, & hoped that it would slow down Rick & Mr. Bill!* So we could take 3rd overall & 1st in class, We Beat both Rick & Mr.Bill -&, This was the Fastest & Toughest Battle, we've had in a long time!!**... &*** We Won!!*** & all 3 Teams ran out of Brakes from trying so hard!*** -->(F1 -Long chassis -->F2 Short chassis - Both with 1000cc motors!*)( & all the Teams Had Big Hugs & Congradulations for the other Teams!!*** Thanks for making our day & Race!!!*** & we got the same finish on Sunday!!*** 3rd Overall & 1st in Class!!*** :) :) --> checkout, billphotography.com for photo's of the event!*

SRA -West went to Portland, ...2008
The SRA - West showed up at Portland. & Subculture Racing was right in there We're hitched a ride with Rick & Nieda Murray...the #1 plate holder & competition. .... The track has been re-surfaced!* & is so cool, the new turn 4 has a really Nice Bank!* with a wide entry...but it can get sharp at the apex*... we had a lot of Fun... But it Rained for the race & everybody was on slicks!* So, for the better of the 2 clubs & racers... The SRA, Canceled the race. But Saturday was Very Fast!* ... Everybody got 5 points for showing up & trying!*... In a Sunday practice, our rig Ripped out a rear shock mount, *due to HP!* with this 06 GSXR 1000 -> :) ... we parked out at turn 5, only have to retrieve it later with a trailer...(***Thanks to Sara & Mike***-> #19-> Bad Cat Racing***)& then, we had to do a instant ...Weld & Fabrication, & Fix It!*... (& Mr. Bill had a mig welder* - & He had my rear shock fixed On Command!* (last week - In 2 Days!*) & Delivered it to the races - So we could Race!****---&, How About Another BIG THANKS!!!***) ---> & We did the fix, as The SRA had the pre race, riders meeting around our rig. .. & We where ready for the race.. ... ... & Then, ... It Stormed, & came down in buckets, for our race!*... The Sidecar Races where caneled by a Unanimous decion, by both clubs for the safety for all. - (Everyone was on Slicks*) ... ----> on Saturday, We where clocked at 134mph on the front straight,(by Blinky*) & at the same speed as the solo bikes from turn 3 to turn 4!*** :) :)

*The Steerts of Willow* #1 ... 2008
The SRA-West ran at the streets of willow, and thats a small, bumpy track, with very little passing room....!* 8 Teams had a Great time, dicing it up & going fast! The green flag drops , &, Mr.Bill stuffs Rick going into turn 2... & runs, & was Untouchable!!** Rick held on to second for a long time... then had fuel pump problems, letting Subculture Racing by (US), to get 2nd place. We tried to get a good start, But went up in smoke off the line... OOPS! then we had to catch up, & we went under Sara & Mike in turn on, (& it got tight*) .... so as not to let Mr.Bill & Rick get away... so we just stayed with them, & we where there to pick him off, when Rick started limping... & took the pass, & 2nd place. Sean finally works his way up & battles with Sara & finally gets by. Then Rick gets in her way, by accident, & splits thier battle with Sean... Sean gets 3rd, & Sara got a 4th..! ... the track is so bumpy, & I'd have to say, we did wheelies through alot them... & cracked the frame, so I had to fix it sat. night...with Mr.Bill's mig welder. ...&, Rick helped make some metal gussets for me. And we traveled to the races with Rick & Nida, to save on Travel Expences! The whole SRA - West Club is very helpful, when one is in need, to fix their rig, so we can have a full grid, & Good Racing!!!*** .... & a Congradulations goes to Steve's Passenger - (they're on the Woodie* - a F2*) for Graduating, & Finishing the race, & learning how to stay in the rig!* - after taking 2 differant Tumbles in turn 14!.....& he also bought the shredded new comer t-shirt as a suvineer -- & got A Big Smile to go with it!!**

*Jessie James Wants to race a F1 Sidecar!*
As we hear it Jessie James, wants to race a F1 Sidecar with the Best of the West! ... (& That's Really Cool!!!***) Jessie will get some training from the SRA - West... & He wants to pick up a passenger, & so, that will be our boy Johnny ... & a rig or 2 from Mr. Bill at Becker Motor Works* &&& (turns out, #19* - Sarah & Mike's old rig)... and we have 10 rigs signed up, to be there & ready... & Now, it will be done at The Streets of Willow... --> 11-22-08 .... .... or it may have to wait till next spring... But, its all in the works!* ... We show up this weekend as if we're racing*... ---> and We will Race at the end of the day... ... The TV series will show in 09. Jessie James does like the 10 must Dangerous Motor Sports!* or something like that.

*Jimmy's Hot Rod Picnic * in Golden Gate Park* ...2008
We made it to Jimmy's Picnic in the park, so did about 600 other cars! --> I went in the TR3!* (*Woww!*)... --> Airlum) --> & its new & improved* &, with a styling new paint job...--> Non Traditional -(Of Course!*) -> (Its a *WB*) - (alittle american hot rod style!*) ..... it will be a new trend seeing this car in S.F. again. After a 20 years in the barn. It made it thru todays test!!! --> To The Picnic!*.. & Back!* ---> & was looking Good!* ... so, she now has 75 miles on her, after Jimmy's Picnic, ... Yea Buddy!* It was a Grand Day... in the park!* with friends & their cars!* ... & There's Nothing like sporting a New Ride!*... & The TR3 got great revues from the fans!*.... ---> &, The Pontiac (Webub*) is in for an adjustment... & will be back on the road soon!* ... --> *anyone got a Release Support Bearing in their pocket?...(Ha,Ha!*)... .. ... So, A Big Thanks to Dave, (36 Ford) (the 2-stroke Blender) Margareta maker at Jimmy's Picnic,--> *Found* the missing part for my Pontiac, ... (a rare item, even) --> On E-Bay,---> & ***I Won it!***........ & Now have it , & Have Now, installed it! ---> So, Webub's Ready to cruz!*** ... ... ... We hopefully will get to cruz, with Dave, & his 36 Ford!* --> in S.F.!!!***.. & we'll be, ***On Parade!!!*** --> once again!*

*Hollywood is coming to Urban Moto*... 2008
Sounds like they've (Urban Moto*) signed to do a real life TV show on the Paper a few of it's characters. & The real life Motorcycle Lifestyle - type stuff. ... &&&...!* for the 09 season...! -->And when you say character, WB. is at the top of the list!*......They started on the SMR... & then toured the city, on the 49 mile Vintage ride, ... & ended up at the Dirtbag Challenge!* & That was a full house! with Chopper type bikes everywhere, & Lots of Beer, & Burnouts!*** it was a tire popping afternoon!*... .. Not bad for the 1st day of shooting!* & so we'll go from there...!* ... more news...at 11...(Ha,ha!*) ... ... ---> & *day 2, was Sunday afternoon, & was the shooting at the office, and an Urban Moto Meeting, ... meeting of the minds* ..... more news as it happens. ---!**** ... So, I was told I was one of the 7 Characters, that the series will fallow... on Urban Moto TV ... or something like that...!* ...coming soon to your TV* ... --> *Hollywood is Calling!***

Last round at The Streets of Willow! -->( SRA-West! 2008*)
The SRA - West had their last race of the season, at the Streets of Willow! A short bumpy track.... & most of the gang went. ... Saturday, it Rained!!! & then it Poored, Then,it Flooded!!! Nobody went out on the track. Sunday was Sunny & We Raced... We got into 2nd, past Rick, exiting turn 2. & so we where chasing Mr. Bill!..., & He just slipped away! ... &, just past the 1/2 way flags, our rear wheel failed, with some problems...! so, we got a DNF.. So, Next Time! ...& , Then the crew for Jessie James's showed up to clench a deal & they wanted to see what they are getting into! ... for their TV program, that they want to do, where Jessie, goes Sidecar Racing, with The Best of the West!* ... We also had a pot luck, Tail gate end of season Party! at the track, under a few stars, after the rain.next to our new lake, we had beach front proprty* ... Possibly the last get together for the SRA, this year. Unless we get to go play with Jessie James & his film crew!*... And that IS, Supposed to Happen!* --> in 2 weeks!* So one may see us (SRA -West*) on TV next year!*

Yes, The Jessie James Productions just filmed Jessie James Racing with The SRA - West Sidecar Club on The Streets of Willow. Jessie got some instructions & he was semi fitted into a sidecar, with good protective gear & small cameras. It was a full TV filming set up, with the crews. Then, they flagged off 2 Races! With an inverted grid to try and keep it together. Jessie failed to start the first time, then, got a good start. 1st race... Doug & Jessie get the start, & take off!...We catch Jessie exiting the banked hairpin,(turn 7) & get by him on the back straight. & we catch Doug a lap later, Dice it out,... & He drops back.... We Won! ... ... 2nd Race - Jessie gets the hole shot!! And Leads from the start!* & was followed by Gary Wolf & Mat & Ronda! - We get squeezed out in turn 3, By Ronda's Nice Butt! It was soft too! (Nobody got any scratchs - But I. O. her a Beer!)... We get by them on the outside of turn 6. And then, we went around Gary, entering the banked hairpin, (High on the outside) & then just accelerated away after Jessie. And he's in the lead with no pressure ... yet* - We swooshed him 3/4 the way down the back straight! before the shicane. We lead for a while, ... our rig stubbled for a second,... & Jessie Sling Shots by! & takes the Lead! - & heads for the White Flag. So we took off after Jessie, & catch him entering the last turn, he gets out 1st & runs for the flag, We get a smooth good run at him & its a Drag Race! ... as he gets the white flag, We pull up on him & Draft him, & we pull along side (on the inside) & We get the drive down the front straight & Take the lead, on the last lap,... & keep it & Win the 2nd race too!** ... We all made friends! they got some good shots & we believe the program will be a Big Hit!!! Jessie James Races a F1 Sidecar !* & Does Good & Lives to tell about it, on TV next season... they say. ... *We all, *Burned Rubber and left the suckers!* behind!*

Planning for 2009...!*
Subculture Racing ... will, run with the SRA-West -> F1 Sidecars... full season as #6...&, we hear WB may be able to Race in the Manx GP (I.O.M.) in 2009 or 2010...(we're waiting for the official word*).. & Neil Black has a 400 race bike for WB***... ... .... &, WB Hopes to ride Baja, & see the Mexican Riviera* ... &, *The Sunday Morning Ride* ...& some dirt riding*& some dual purpose rides* ... & will continue to write about Bike stuff for Urban Moto* & maybe be on Urban Moto TV*** ... & watch for Jessie James, racing on TV, w/WB*) ... & We're gona, ***Cruz S.F.*** in our Vintage Rides (39 Pontiac *Street Rod Limo* - TR3*),& play in My Monster Garage, & build a few more!***

The 2009 SRA West Race Schedual
We start racing on March 14-15, at Willowsprings...& April 11-12, ... & 18-19, ...Then, May 16-17... all on the Big Track* The Fastest Track in the West!* ... --->June 20 - 21st *Portland* - July - 25 - 26th * Portland* ... August( a vacation - No Racing) ..... September 4 - 6 at Miller Motorsport Park** ... Oct. 3 - 4th Seattle (Pacific Raceway) October 17 - 18 at Willowsprings, ....That's some Going Fast, on a some Fast Tracks* ... Willowsprings, Portland & Seattle All have Monster Long Straights, & are Very Fast!* :) :)... Like, Willowsprings, we exit turn 9 at 115 mph!* accelerate down the straight to 155 mph, then turn 1* ---> turn left*** & get on the gas!* - Portland, we exit turn9 at about 50 mph & accerate down the straght to about 145 mph, & dive into a decreasing right hand sweeper!* & Seattle we exit the bus stop, at about 25 mph & accelerate to about 150 mph, & bend right & stay on the gas till turn 2* ... ***All Very Fast!***

*A Day in the Desert*
12 of us Brave Souls, traveled 400 miles south, to Ridgecrest* to ride 100 mile loops thru the desert, right out of the hotel!* --. out into the desert, & thru valleys, sand washes, up Mountains & across Ridge Tops --> The Nipple Ride!* - & onto the Dry Lake Bed at high speed!* &&&&&!!!*** - -> 4 Days of Glorious Desert Riding, & finding the Husky Monument!**..... we all had big singles...they all had Knobbies...( &, they didn't think it could be done without Knobbies*) --> So, I showed them how to ride on street tires in the desert, & go everywhere they went!*... Class C- supermotard style, &&*... (I did learn how to ride a bike...on one or 2 wheels & most anywhere!*) Not Everyone needs Knobbies!* .. for most places. ... I rode my 96 KLX 650, & with tall gearing too.... it was 300 great desert miles!!! it was Jeff & Randy's effort, & that got the ride going & Jim Lubin stepped up and was a Great Tour Guide, was able to keep most of the group together, ***& so, a Big Thanks to them!!!*** -- >& we left no one behind! .. but some did get lost for a while. (the B group)...&, Russ, had a big oops!* on the Dry Lake bed... but he dosen't remember-->"Ringing his bell"...so it's OK~*** I got in some good riding with Ray Roy & Jim & all 3 Jeff's ...& everyone!!*** ---> so I'm a Desert Rider now also!* .... more of the story, will be in the next Urban Moto

Subculture Racing & Beetleball hook up for 09*
Yes, we've joined forces with Beetleball, VW off road racing & rallies. So I just bought a 67 VW... & now, we're fixing it, & its running thru the mill** (with help from Jimbo & Del) & will come out, soon ... maybe this weekend, as a Runner. A S.F.-> Sandrail Street & Off Road Rod! .. &, We hope to follow Jimbo, & Beetleball to (& compete in ) the Baja 1000 .. & Win the VW stockish class!*

Urban Moto Goes Hollywood
Urban Moto has been getting filmed for a TV series on Spike TV. A reality show, about the people & life styles of the Urban Moto people & bikers.... or something like that. They have filmed a few times. In the latest seen,--->(The Art Director) - Poalo goes to the Hospital, after a crash -( & I had to send him off, in the Ambulance)-(he was found sleeping on the course - in a gutter) -->( thats a joke)... They will be following some of the group thru, different activities, along with giving the paper some press. So, later this summer look for Urban Moto, on Spike TV... More news as I hear it.

Race #2 - Willowsprings 09
We had 7 rigs on the Inverted Grid at Willowsprings Raceway* - with Rick on the back row...& Mr. Bill & WB. on the next to last row... So, the flag drops! ... Rick finds a hole right up the middle & is all but gone, WB. takes the outside,( He's not getting away that easy!*) & follows Rick into turn 1, & we out accelerate him on the exit & take the lead, & Run,... Mr.Bill has to battle everyone, to work his way up to us after getting past Rick. - as we see the White flag, Christine starts tapping me to say here he comes! & we're now being chased by Mr.Bill ... So, We protect the inside at the top of the Omega, & if he's going to do it, he'll have to Work for it! ...& Dam & he does!... & he takes the lead. We follow him, & stay with him into turns 7 & 8,... past Leon, on the inside, then, into turn 9, & its a run for the flag, we have a better drive out of turn 9, ...& so we run hard & clean, & we get the draft ..... & Draft & go for the pass.... It Was a Photo Finish!!! -( So Close, Christine thought we Won)& we where about 1 inch to late... We where shoulder to shoulder, & eye to eye. ( But Mr. Bill's rig is longer)... as,We made the pass, but, just past the line.... about 1 inch!*** ...(according to my measurement)... And the crowd & announcer went Wild!!!*** - It Was a Great Day at the Office!*** ---> Mr. Bill got the Win & WB. & Christine got 2nd.. & Rick, with his 3rd & "new-est" passenger of the day...(Road Kill) got a 3rd... ( Rick spun out in the last practice,... getting up to speed*) & spit out Road Kill, down the track, then backs over him with the full rig! ... (** OUCH***)- *But He is OK!* - & then, he came back for more & said to Rick, No Going Slow!!** - so thats how he became known as *Road Kill!* ... & he went home with a Big SRA Smile!!!*** & a few seveneers, a Thrashed Helmet & a 3rd place Trophy!***

AHRMA - SRA-West Racing at Willowsprings ... Race A
The Sidecar A Race on Saturday, (at this AHRMA Event) started with an inverted grid, With Rick & Brother Bill Murray on the back row, The Mr. Bill & WB. on the next to last row. ... The flag drops, Johnny Blasts off Mark & Bobette have a **Rubb'in** with Sean, & then they take off, Rick charges up the middle, & we go high on the outside, following Rick. & Mr. Bill is on his own, charge back in there somehwere...Rick catches Mikie exiting turn 2, with WB. on his tail, & we take both of them on the outside. Making Rick stall & pass on the other side, while we get away. We catch & pass Johnny, at turn 8. Then we real in Mark & Bobette, follow them for a lap - Draft them down the front straight, & make the pass before start finish, & Run! ... Mark is close & we see saw back & forth, but We hold the lead ... & Win!!!*** ... Mark & Bobbette in 2nd -(after being missing from racing for 1 year* *** Congrads!!***) - & Rick & Brother Bill in 3rd*** ... & according to Rick's computer, ***we set a New Sidecar Lap Record,*** --> Rick did a 1.30 & we where way ahead of him, so We're Under 1.30*** - It was some Hard racing, we all (the wreck'in crew - of 4 rigs) dropped like 5 seconds per lap at this AHRMA Event ... at The Fastest Track in the West --> *** Willowsprings Raceway***

Race B - SRA-West / AHRMA at Willowsprings - 09-
Was a Hard day at the office for some...We had another inverted grid, with WB. on the back row & Mr. Bill & Rick on the next to last row. The flag drops! every one blasts off. Rick tries for the very outside line past Sean, with minimal room, or none. As he gets there the door opens,... & then, Mikie's rig stalls for a second,( &, did they Rubb??) Leon has to back off, Sean collects Leon & has a big Rubb'in* - & The door gets shut on Rick, he & Sean have a Serious Rubb'in! ... &, Then, it looked like, *Orka, the Killer Whale* --> Jumping out of the water, & doing spins, & throwing it riders off...(* & we had Front Row Seats!*) Brother Bill got thrown down track ... to be run over or something,... Roger got his hand smashed by Rick's rig! & We just barely stopped! & did Not Get Involoved, ... but We where the first on the seen, to help our buddies!...Brother Bill got the Ambulace ride, but is OK! only Very Sore & Bruzed! (** with Nothing Broken!***)... ... ... ... ... Then, on the Restart, (minus 2 rigs- Rick & Sean...& Leon pulls out later, due to a Damaged Rig) & We get the hole shot from the back row, on the far outside... & Blasted by Mikie, on the way to turn one. Then, once in the lead, in turn two, Christine starts petting me, saying, Easy boy easy, let them get a little closer, (don't just run away) ..&, Mr. Bill & Mark, had an *Epic Battle,* - trying to get by WB. ... I heard a motor a few times, but never saw either of their rigs, Then gonig for the White Flag, Christine starts hitting me, Go Faster, Faster!!!***, here they come!!! ***So we kept it Pinned!!!***... &, ***We Won again!*** ... :) :) ( & it was Christine's Birthday Too!!!*** --> Mark & Bobbette in 2nd & Mr. Bill & son Eric in 3rd* ... & in both races 1st & 2nd places where Won on Short Chassis's & both Teams are Husband & Wife Teams!!!***-->(or same as*) ... ***How about Them Apples***

Race #5 at Willowsprings 09*
SRA-West ran well, the flag drops, & the crew get a good start, till turn two, Mikie #3 drops a chain, & is right up front. But everyone gets around OK, --> &, Johnny Runs!* ... Mr.Bill & WB. play with Hans, & Sean before braking thru the pack, to see Johnny making a run for it! & he's getting a good lead. ... Mr. Bill gets on the gas!only to be pasted by WB. into turn one! WB. runs, & its real close thru the omega. WB. Hunts down Johnny with Mr. Bill in tow. We get by Johnny entering turn three, White flag, one lap to go..... WB holds it deep into turn eight, high on the outside, ...... But, Mr.Bill, steps in & takes the inside & the lead, & a few feet! ... WB. gets on the gas & a run, at the possibility of the ***Catching The Draft**... And he catches it? ... maybe? ... alittle , ... Rev. Limiter in thridth...(oops) at 120mph... we get a Clean fourth gear, & a clean fifth gear...... &, Tuck in.. get a clean line & Catch The Draft!!!*** .... ... ... & at the "exact moment" pull out & go for the pass!*** --> --> --> ***It was a Photo Finish!***... &, it was so close, they even had to come and ask us, ... Who Won? ... the Officials where split,(on the decision) & Eric & WB saw, the Measurement of the Magic Moment*** ( ***Bill & Christine where Tucked in & didn't see it***)... :-) :-)... & *A Big Thanks to Mr. Bill* & Becker Motor Works,* for all the help & good Competitive Racing!***

WB. Fly's at The Garberville D.P Ride
The annual Garberville Dual Purpose Ride, started in Ukia and went thru the mountains with flying color. Losts of hot riders & twice as many friends. Lots of KTM's... then Honda's ... 2 Big BMW's... & a few Suzuki's & 3 Kaw's, including my KLX, with street tires... "yea Round tires," & they work just fine!... it's How much Talent, Do U Have! - A!* as some of them found out*.... We rode thru Cow mountain, Lake Pilsberry, Hull Mountain, the thru Giant Redwoods, Kings Ridge, The Lost Coast... & everything in between! and had Lunch in Garberville* --> 43 riders, all with Big, Smiles & Big Stories,... Now This was some of the best Riding Going, & some of the scenic shots, where just *fantastic* - 220 miles per day, of single track, double track & pavement, & lots of evrything - in 8 to 12 hours of Big Time Fun Riding!!*** ... and again everyone had Knobbies, Except WB, on the Fly'in KLX...(they tend to Over Rated Ha,ha*)

Portland Race #6 SRA West 09
Subculture Racing's WB, has the pole, & gets the hole shot, & leads most of the race, but Mr.Bill & Team Redneck,.. & WB, have a very fast & intence battle, and we go back & forth. - The Rednecks stick better in the corners, & get by a few times, almost every lap, they get us in turn 4, WB, comes back & out breaks them in turn 1 & turn 7, & stays in the game, & Mr. Bill is only inches behind looking for a hole & a way past the 2 rabbits in front of him & Tamera ... Then we lapped Hans,... & I waved to him, ...& hit the Kill Switch by accident! (OOPS!***) & I thought I blew the motor, & we coasted, Hella far! *Somebody shot the rabbit!* -- & Mr. Bill goes flying by!!! ... We have a big ...to do, wrestling over the kill switch(Christine & I),... & then, we blast off, just catching Hans 20 feet before the checkered Flag, to give him a hard time, & look good again... & Hans says, where did u come from, to pass me just before the flag,... ***The Rednecks got 1st*** *Mr.Bill & Tamera* got 2nd, & Subculture Racing's WB. & Christine got 3rd, & Johnny got 4th... and it was a Great day at the office!*

Portland Race #7 SRA West 09
The Rednecks are on the pole, Mr. Bill on the inside & Subculture Racing is on the 2nd row,... & The Rednecks get the hole shot, followed by WB, then Mr. Bill. .. WB. gets by before braking into turn 1, & the battle is on. We run for 2 laps, & overheat the brakes going into turn 4.( turns out that Christine over Tapped my brake boot)..& the Rednecks get by, & we come back & still out brake them, with almost No Brakes...!... Then, Mr. Bill gets by, & we get him again, in turn 1 on the last lap, & we run just little wide, & he sneaks under us, & then so does Thew Rednecks, We try to stay with them, but can't really slow down for the last corner, & have to lets them go, ... & Redneck try to take Mr. Bill on the outside & pull it off, by inches. ... But its a Drag Race to the Flag, ... & Mr.Bill gets it by a nose!!!...-- & in the back Johnny was dicing it out with Mikie & stuffed him in turn 4,...slid & caught & OOPed! & ran off the track ... & Flipped... but they are OK.. ** Mr. Bill in 1st ** - *Rednecks in 2nd & *WB. in 3rd. & *Mikie in 4th. ---- one of the COOL Things about The SRA -West is, that before & espesially after each race, there are Big hand shakes & even Bigger Hugs, given Between all the Competitors... saying, Thanks for making our Day & Race!!!*** Friend!!!***

For a Ten Year Annaversery, of the Last Cabo 1000 Race. & in Honor of Bandy Bradisu... our lost Cabo Bro --->Now, The Cabo 1000 - Survivers Rally is about to go down, with some of the original riders. Broke ) ... & What, Like No Brakes, again!* ... & we let the Crew go by......... The Rednecks, Mr.Bill, Rick Murray,& Mat & Ronda, ... & find our way back into the pack, in front of Johnny... sorry Johnny!* - & we tryied to hang in there - but, The pace was to Fast, for us to stay with the front row , so we just tryed to keep them in sight, ... as I heard it, --> Rick Murray & Gary Mcquen got 1st, The Rednecks got 2nd, & Mr. Bill & Rose got 3rd, Mat & Ronda got 4th & Subculture Racing got 5th...& Then, comes Johnny!* - & where was Mikie & Cindy, ...& way back is the newest SRA-West Team Mat & Tamera on a BMW Sponcered by Becker Motor Sport ( a Rental) --> & did I tell U. like it was Baking Hot!...It was Very Hot Sunny Weather in Portland,!* & a Good Time was had, at the Office!*** ( Yea, Thats it*) ... -->There where 4 races in Portland, & 4 different Teams Won!* *Thats some Good Racing!*

Miller - Race #1 09
The SRA-West ran with ARHMA, in hot sunny weather in Toole Utah. (Poof! - & Your in Sidecar Land!*) Most of us where having over heating problems. .. In the race we all had big battles anyway. & it seemed that I spent about 1/2 of the race looking down at the temp. read out, (bummer)...& mid race, when it got to 220, I pulled over to let Frank go by, ... &, Christine Yells at me...so I look over,...Like to say What..! ... .. ...& I/we run off the track, - all 3 wheels, at about 100mph! ...(& there is Lots of room here- is that a Hotdog stand...) (OOPS!)...Frank drives by, & Rory didn't even see it, ... (Poof)...& we where back on the road, ... so we followed Frank to the White Flag, ..(check the Temp.) ... & tail him, & we're good for 1 more good shot, if we can stay with him, & we're good for another 10 degree's of heat.(the harded we run the Hotter it gets*) ...So, exiting turn 10 Frank goes for the high line passing a back marker, & we take the inside line & cut him off at the pass, & step into turn 11, & Ran!* into the last 2 corners & got a Good Drive for the checkered flag! - & we didn't see him till after the flag,.. & the temp was 130* - Very Hot!* & I shut it down to cool it off. & a Big Congrads! to Mr. Bill, & Eric who got 1st - Oliver got 2nd WB& C. got 3rd & Frank & Rory got 4th...

*Miller Race #2*
What was he thinking...( alittle less burn)... A Big OOPS!* - So I killed the motor on the start line...(Oops) ... Christine had to push start us, after the gang Blasts off! ... As I look up, after we get rolling, the Vintage BMW is diving into turn one, & everyone else is gone! So we get on the gas, to make up for lost time. One by one we past just about everyone,... except the tree leaders, But we do get them in sight. *I think we set a new lap record for ourselves. & we did float the chair quit a bit, like the time, we Drifted up onto Mikie on two wheels, exiting as we get on the straight, we Blew by him like he was parked!---> Then we swooshed Mat & Ronda, exiting turn 6 & Rick was nex, in turn 5 a lap later. ...... by the last lap, We got up to forth. & ***The Fans went Wild*** And a Big Congrads to Mr. Bill for the Win - Oliver in 2nd - & Frank in 3rd

The Stockton Mile - &, Wade Boyd--> The Stockton Mile Madman***
I get the flyer, & get 3 entries, But can't find a bike to race, other than my KLX 650 dual purpose bike with street tires. & I did roam the pits at Miller & Stockton as a Starving Artist. But we found No Connection - So I showed up with my KLX And Nobody checked my credentials at the door, or ever! & they all said Look at the Dude with the funny dirt bike & the 21 inch front wheel. I told one competitor when asked, that my middle name was Talent! & I was again Dismissed as a Miss Guided Soul. I rode 5 practises & was supposded to ride 5 races - I only made 4 races though. I missed the 35+ semi, because it was back to back with race #20, (LMC needs more Radios)- (I did tell 2 offishals) ... &, " I was out of oil!" ( at the same time*- *Oh No!*) --> So Big Mike, was found walking up into the stands with a beer. I flagged him down & he made the Run to the far side of the pits & back...! And he saved the day...! .. Then, I Won The 50+ heat & Main. And so, they gave me a new Nickname - The Stockton Mile Madman!!!, or The Mad Miler* because I *** Smoked the Gang!*** with Style! --> and The 7000 Fans Went Wild!*** ... & then I'd Wheelie the whole back straight at the end of each race, a Real Crowd Pleaser!**... I also did well in the Rung What U Brung. ... And I got Many a good praises from lots of fans, including Arlin Bast ( Mr. Speedway!*) - & Scott Brelsford*** ...My Race/Wins where the upset of the weekend. They said, who is this guy, & what is he riding...(That Can't Be Done*) maybe next time they will do their homework... A!? ( after the races I was seen hang'in with Scott Brelsford, & so our neigbors, then figured out that I must be a Ringer!*(-(Ha,ha!)- (Yes, just call me Mr. Talent) We all really Enjoyed The Stockton Mile & the performance of The Stockton Mile Madman!*** as I hear it. --> Big Thanks to the Lodi Motorcycle Club, for making Flat Track History! --> Lets make it an Annual Event!*** so next year come see The Sto

*** The Cabo -( not just 1000 miles but,)- 2000+ Rally - 09***
The Cabo 2000+ Rally, was a blast* we started with 5 riders. But at Breakfast, at Moma Espinosa's, in El Risorio - (250 miles in...) one rider had to return to the USA, for family issues... leaving 4 riders... So, We altered our trip to avoid the Hurrican so we stalled and went to the Bay of L.A. first, & the weather was perfect*** then Mulegee, for a double Lobster Tail Dinner*** (and we avoided any big winds or rain) Then on into Cabo, for Good weather & a Good time!!! 3 riders kept the group together & shared the Podium - Good Times! & Mararita's.. Because Hans Buggered off, on his own adventure, ( Mr. Independent) - to never be seen again.... (at La Paz...) - But we spend 2 days in Cabo, in the Sun, Having a Good Time & making friends & connections. Then we rode up to Loretto, (to find thier 312 year Annivercery of being a town) -(& a cellibration with *** Flame Dancers*) --Then we checked in on Reno Steve- at Jack's old place, with a Narly Hillclimb, on our street bikes...! (But Nobdy was home) over looking the Sea of Cortez - a very scenic spot!!** -->then back to Mulegee, then up to Encinada, & out thru Tecate...& back to the USA* .... It was 10 days of great Fun & Super Touring!*** We ate real good all the time, .. & while looking for a tire for Ray at the Harley shop, in the marina in Cabo, we got in the middle of a Taqulia, Bikini Contest, at the Bissbie Marlin Tourniment!*** - & the-(My)- Winner was the one, that possed on My Blue R1! ... (Yea Thats it!!!!)... & I hope to share that photo soon*** and we got to drink a few shots of Palmagranit Tequila, with Mr. Bissbie & family* ... ... ...We met with many happy people..... & they are inviting us to come back soon.

SRA West's last race of 09
Was at Willowsprings, & we had a Big Battle, for the #1 Plate . Between Mr. Bill & WB.....we got a better start, Buit Mr.Bill past us in the omega...every lap,... & we past him back in turn 1 every lap & made him start over...! We where trying for the drft pass, but missed it. So, we got a 3rd behind Mr.Bill, with Oliver in the lead, & Frank in 4th... Congrads to Mr.Bill the New SRA-West President & #1 plate holder...!... & Christine got #1 Passenger!!!***.. So, she's, Queen of the SRA-West!****.... A!*

Now, Our 2nd Race of 2010... will be--> ***The Agintine TT!***
Yes we're off to Cordoba, Argintina for their own New TT... April 27 - May 2...... (Promoted by the Argintine TT racers* & their Government)...The 1st ever *** Argintine TT!*** Christine, Alex & I will be the only American TT Riders Racing there. And they are now thinking about Sidecars in their event in the future. Last year I brought a pea shooter the the Stockton Mile...I called it a 50..(Big Track- Little Bike)-(a 96 KLX 650) & Won The 50+ Class!* - (a Sweet Ride*) ...(and woke up the Flat Tracking side of my brain) So, now we are working on a Cannon for the next Stockton Mile. I hope to race the Twins class, & Brakeless class also, on a Sponcered-(Dave Neil) on his Triumph 500 Twin- (a real Flat Tracker**)- so he said...* .... And, --> For those who never saw a CRDC Monoque, I have a 1 off 1/2 miler, That's grown into a real Miler!* - originally built by Donald Haggtead, & Jim Gordon & originally Raced By Nick Theroux...(about 1970-74...?)--> But he said, Pat Hennon, Blew it up at Fremont! Blew a rod out of the cases* But Now, for round 3* It's getting revamped by WB. & with some help from A&A Racing & Kosman, and Becker Motor Works, & Leo. I've raced it at Lodi-(1979 or so...) & in the AFM -(Road Racing) & Trophied at Solinas & Perris Raceway (dirt Track) 20 years ago, it's getting a face lift* & it's Growing up! It's a Miler Now!* - so we Plan, to have it Ready for The Stockton Mile on Oct, 16 & 17th ---> as my Big Cannon! With The Stockton Mile's - Mad Miler Racing it* -( Wade Boyd*).. Be There!*** & see for yourself... It's a Real head turner... No Matter, How we do... Our 2010 Race Season - SRA-West -& * The Argintime TT* Speedway & The Stocktom Mile &&&
We opened the 2010 season, at Willowsprings, with the SRA -West. (we got a 2nd) And now Subculture Racing is going to Argintina, at their new Argintine TT- ( Real Road Racing)( an 18 mile loop thru town 7 across the countryside -(April 28 - May 2nd) - Then we go racing with The SRA-West, Sidecar Series, But there is a lull mid-season, So I hope to fill in with some Speedway, Yes, I said Speedway,(got my bike back) & I'm gonna go harass a buddy, Arlin Bast at Alburn's Fast Friday's! (Hope they see this...)& Maybe a Lodi or 2..(I'm getting my old Sr Flat tracker back)... Then, I hope to race a RZ or RD 500 (that I'm rebuilding) at the ARMHA - Miller Event. Then onto - *The Stockton Mile*** as the Mad Miler* - Yea, thats it, that what they said.... Then more Sidecar Racing,... Then, The Cabo 2000+ Rally again... .. .. & we'll fill in some gaps, with some Hot Roding, Fabricating, & Art, &&&*... Did U see My, *Ed Hardy - Dragon Grill* for my 57 Chevy Hot Rod Truck...? SRA-West Race #1 2010
Willowsprings was the place, and on the big track. There where 8 rigs out there going fast. Johnny got the jump as the flag droped & works his way thru traffic & runs. -( So He's, The Rabbit*) We had an inverted grid, so it took Mr.Bill & I a while to work our way thru traffic. With Johny still running, a getting some distance on us....! By lap 3 we broke thru & started making a run on Johnny. Lap 4 was a big battle, Top of the Omega, (The Fans where jumping Up & Down!)... all 3 rigs where scrapping it out, We take a wide line, Bill stuffs Johnny on the inside, with lots of pressure!*** _ we stuff both of them on the way down the hill, and we where Burning a Lot of Rubber there!!!***... &, it was very tight!, & we let them have it, at the kink ... & we'll try again... Ending lap 4, it was 3 abreast thru turn 8,... Mr.Bill Stuff's it in the inside, at turn 9,... & runs! We have to wait till we exited turn 9 to get Johnny, & run after Mr.Bill* -- & did. So we stuff Mr. Bill in turn one, & we start over, Now it's The Boyd & Becker Show!* - & then, we go by Leon, the only rig we lapped - (it was a Real Good Show for the Fans!) And we do it again scratching our way thru the omega,... & turn 8 & 9,... & we missed the draft & pass, but it was close. ... & Mr.Bill got 1st - Subculture Racing in 2nd, & Johny in 3rd*... it was a great day at the races!*** ... Then, Some Fans came up & told us that, that was the best race of the day!!***... Yea Buddy!***

*** The Argintine TT***
We have plane tickets,(& leave on the 26th)(Sweet!*) and we're being set up with a Hotel, & a bike! *Cool Stuff* - We land in Cordoba, find the hotel. And go out for practice the next day. I heard its about an... 14 mile loop. Starting in town & running across the countryside. And will be run much like the I.O.M TT. - *In Beautiful Argintina* - it's a 7 day event for us, but the races are on the weekend - a 3 day event - - " A Race Exhibtion"- - Mig from France(a TT Racer)has confermed he'll be there also , & gets there 2 days before us... Mig & WB. got the headlines on www.roadracelacumbre.com.ar - as confermed TT Racers to show up. - and they say there will be at least 10,000 spectators on hand for this New 1st ever, Argintine TT* So Subculture Racing is out blazing New Trails, for the race community* - Viva Subculture Racing - & ***Go Argintine TT!*** - - We heard that Argintina is one of the Nicest places on the planet with Happy People... so,thats why they keep it hidden...A! ****** And Now Subculture Racing is Sponcered by Suomy Helmets, for the Best Fit Ever!* ***** ... & I just heard that the even is Sponcered also by Suomy!** - - we also, got some help from alot of our Locals* at our send off party* at The Ace Cafe - S.F. - & now some of our Local AFM Champions, would like to Race the Argintine TT, next year* with us...!* --> & I hope to take a group on the Peruvian, XL - Matchu Pechu Tour on the way home, next time. --> & wait till U see our new **Subculture Racing Stickers..!*** --> Some are now, rolling on the streets*

WB and the Ed Hardy Connection*
Ed Hardy comes into Trillium Graphics to do Art work, and it's my job to help out how ever I can. And Ed comes in & talks Hot Rods & stuff, &&&.. So We're Buddies*! - So Ed Hardy said, let me draw a Dragon for the front grill of your truck, because he knew, I was looking for something,( & I had a Dragon Truck- a Ford F100) & he said, he had a great idea. ... Then, one day he shows up with, The Dragon!* - It's very Sweet! Cool Stuff*** - I transformed it into a grill for my, 57 Chevy - Hot Rod Truck, acquired in the mean time. &, Everyone at Trilllium, helped on the prodject. Mat & Erd photoed it, David & Mat squeezed it in the computer, Then David & I adjusted the fit. &, then, I went out & found some one to cut it out, a Waterjet Cutter. & Mark at Triton, did a Fine Job! And the Dragon Grill is a hit! So far, Everywhere!*** I hope to reproduce it, & share it with the world. But I have the proto type on my truck,.. & We are Enjoying it*** Yea Baby!**** did I say, Sweet! & David, Ed & I are also doing a large tile for the back of the bed, soon. more Art.... photos soon,--> on Facebook (1st)... So I went to his Tattoo Shop in S.F. & had Mary Tattoo a Cool Celtic knot on my arm, that I designed years ago... (with TT influence,.. ***Going to The Argintine TT!**
This will be a day by day account, of Our Argintine TT Adventure* - If Possible - Subculture Racing's Christine & Alex & WB.-(All 3 are TT Racers*) leave in the morning, S.F. to La. to Chile & then Cordoba, Argintina. David Paredes (TT Racer) will meet us at the airport & take us to the hotel in Copina* ( a Grand Hotel with a lake...?) for a breifing,...& then, we get to see Mig*- ( The French TT Racer*) and then, on with practising..&&& .. Sounds like a Great Event, & they are following the Isle's lead. ( on how to run the program) So it Will Be Spectacular* and a full program. The 1st ever Argintine TT** - a TT Road Race Exabition in Argintina ... (& We're Headling* - www.roadracelacumbre.com.ar) we'll be there for 7 days, but the event is Friday- Sunday. And we're showing up with New Suomy Helmets** Cool Stuff** - & our Isle of Man Leathers (mine are Manx*)- & I had new stickers made for the occasion & we had Jackets embroidered with our New Subculture Racing Logo, Some Cool Stuff* - Looks like we're ready... more news soon after it happened...if we can.

Viva Argintine TT!
We made it here...Argintina. And we have been set up in The Shalimar hotel (a Palace to us!) & we saw the course & it is very nice. This year it will be a 10 mile section, straight run. Re group & parade back to the start. There are about 80 riders expected to show up. Mig from France is here & is a good buddy of ours( a TT Racer also)... we go practice tomorrow. the people & area are very Nice! We are having a good time! & More Fun to come!!! And we got interveiwed on Argintine TV today for the event,,, Cool Stuff!!... back soon... zoom!!!

The event was Great! And, We where treated like Rock Stars!*** We arrived, got a very nice hotel --> ***Shalimar*** (Thanks Maximo*)near the course. & Where taken for a few laps.(06 R1)-(*Full Noise - Open Exhaust*) Then some Press, Papers, TV, & Radio,& Press to-do in City Hall Church,,! Cool Stuff*...&&&!!!*** Do to Politiic's the full loop was Not run, Just the Twisty Bit, like a paved Hillclimb. All's fair, we rode there bikes- Superbikes, w/ open exhaust! - Lets Make some Noise!*** FULL NOISE!!***- Yea Buddy!*** Day 1 we shared the R1 for a few laps. Then, a day of practise on Saturday - with Perfect Weather*** & then we Raced on Sunday,... & it rained 1/2 of the time. so we ran the hill in groups of about 5 racers at a time. On the last run David & I stopped at the last Grandstands, In The Pouring Rain...** & did Burnouts & started the Celibrations!*** &*** The Fans Went Wild!*** (labushi.com - The T-shirt guy- & Gave us Flags to wear as Capes for our HERO STATUS!!!*** - with David being a National Hero, & now Subculture Racing is too!**** The Top of the mountain was Aglow with Much Passion** This was a GREAT ADVENTURE!!!!**** ... as I heard it Mig Won, I got 2nd in the 1000 Superbike - & Alex got 1st in the 600 Superbike class... But me No Speak a Spanish... (Ha,ha,- Ja,Ja...!!!) Mig (France & Subculture Racing where Guests of Honor, also, All being TT Racers! & They where over the top about Christine & her Racing Sidecars with WB. & Being #1* .. & they want us to bring Sidecars to the Argintine TT!*** So, The TT came to Argintina* & We All Loved it & each other!**** just wait till the next one****

We saw life from todays standards, ...back to the horse & cart lifestyle, with dirt roads & everything, And, The Passion to make it All Work* - And to put on a Grandiouso Event such as **The Argintine TT!!*** &, by a only a "few"...We where treated as Rock Stars, set up in 2 hotels, And We Rode Hard, Had Fun, and where a Possitive force in the event. And Walked away as,--> Heros!***- (&, now, I may be possibly Sponcered by Argintina for the "Dakar"-also) ... Willowsprings Raceway...!* Johnny's got a new motor & is fly'en, & Mikeie's on the hunt with Bad Cat Racing!* - I heard Hans Won 2 races, & Rick Murray was Racing again,( in Portland) & Frank & Oliver are missing... We had 8 rigs show up, with #49 The new Kids on the block, Chris & Phil Wood with a arkiccat 900cc - 2 stroke!*(a Sweet Rigs*) They had a few teething problems, but they finished the race. ----> Johnny & Mikie got the hole shot, Mikie lagged exiting turn one, & Johnny's Running,... So Subculture Racing goes under them & after Johnny. &, Johnny Runs Hard,.... ( & he better)... but, with a new passenger....! So, we follow him for a lap. ... They where looking good in turn two. - Then, He blows the entry to turn 3, ... they where up on two wheels with lots of tire smoke! & Smoke'n Brakes!! But we give him time to recover. And at the top of the omega, we hit a neutral, & go wide, & Mr.Bill gets under us, He pressures Johnny & he goes wide, & Mr.Bill, goes under him, & Runs!... We have to wait till the bottom of the hill to get by Johnny, as he goes wide again! ... -> Thanks Johnny for making that easy! & we run after Mr.Bill...! But never get within striking distance, they had broke the gap. And that's how we finished...! - Mr. Bill 1st WB. 2nd, & Johnny 3rd. on the Fastest Road in the West!* ... I ran a transponder this time and got a few 1.39 second laps... We exit turn nine at 115mph & see 160mph, before entering turn one***( Every Laps!*) *** With Two Big Smiles!* * That's Sidecar Racing!*** - Here, I bring the Little Lady along*** *She's #1* - - - ->We Race as a Team & get to Go Real Fast!*

My sights are now set on doing a motorcycle (XL 600) Tour with Inca Moto Adventures, So it looks like WB's April Fools Ride -> April 1 to the 12th ---> I heard it's, **The Best!** (from Flavio* - our Guide)- " So it's now a 9 month count down" * So come ride with WB. to The Top of The World* --> Thru Peru to Machu Peachu*** & Beyond* - - It takes 8 riders to make a group, 10 maximum. -->" So, I'm taking Names, & Deposits" -(to Claim our Spot) - Experianced- Independent Riders only - thats just under $6000 for the Adventure,(a plane ticket is $1000)-(from S.F. to Peru) door to door & There's another short fyt. needed after the ride, back to Lima - $255 - it's a $3870 Tour & Rental & a $500 deposit. And $300 for food,...(give or take a few peanuts)... *Summer in the City with Vintage Rods*
So, we love to Cruz the City in our Vintage Rods. And You know, that sometimes that takes some work...! ... My 1939 Pontiac 4dr Sedan ***Hot Rod Limo***--> *Webub* is always on Parade, & just got a tune up.(a rebuilt Dist. by CPR*) (& Del* - Our Subculture Vintage Car Mechanic*) (***for it's B-Day - she now has, 10,440 miles*** on her, after 15 years of my driving ...)( & *20 years of Construction*)- & she's not just a car - But, now is a rolling slice of history,(a mini rolling Museum) from the 1939 S.F Worlds Fair!* - And a Cool Ride* --> So, she's, ***On Top of The World - Again!!!*** & still a Free car, not a museum car. Still Roaming The Streets, *** with WB. & Subculture Racing***... And Webub, was spotted at the New Rosemunde Sausage Grill. ( & we got front row parking!) --> The 57 Chevy Hot Rod Truck just got a new Trany, &Then, I drove w/a bike in the back to Ukiah, w/the new Arty Bed extender. It was a Big Hit, & did the job. (& so was the New Cool, *Ed Hardy Dragon Grill*)(ooooo!**) - (Very Sweet!*) & ( There is Bed Graphic's on the bed extender, & thats so it will carry a Bike*) & soon, another set of Flames-(in Teal)... -->Then, I hope to get back onto the TR3* & make it live again( another Sweet Ride*) - & Del's Back, & his ride a 50 Chevy 4dr. is looking very Cool also*... So, we hope to do some photo shoots soon...! - - -> Then, in the to be worked on, pile, ... There's a Dune Buggy thats almost dune, & is next, Ice Cold wants some help, frame work - (Welding) The 34 Olds needs Frame work,also & a visit. & give Don's 34 Laffette some brakes...! Then I got Christine a MG Miget prodject car too, oh, & then there's a 39 Pontiac Coupe, rat rod to be... we like to stay busy...!... now if we can just find some car shows in S.F. ...!* A*

* The Annual "Lost Coast" - Dual Purpose 450 Mile Ride* 2010
With about 50 hot shoes on the trail & streets. The Gang started at Ukiah, and we roamed all of the hills within a 150 mile loop. 3 groups went out, only leaving a few parts behind..( my spark arrested lasted 20 minutes! on the New/old KLX650)-(Thanks Mike*)-(it lives again!*) Then there was some Husky problems, But where fixed by Mat Prentice - (Monroe Motors*) .. Then, Blake drowned his bike in the biggest mud puddle, &, it also tried to swallow my bike, the water was over my knees!!* ( & up to the carb) - as other riders rode by...(Just don't tip it over the KLX) - (its Not Drowned Yet!*)-( it took 4 guys to get it out*)...there was also a KTM, over the cliff, & had to be roped out! Everybody stopped & Helped, took pictures or Just Laughed* (he's OK*) .. & he rode on. Then, we rode on to a fine dinner in Garberville, & a Hotel. & Then, begining of day 2, only a few riders had to ride in the truck, or rode nack to Ukiah on the street with No Exhaust -(Hanus*) Most of us rode another 150 miles, then took the pavement to Ukiah, but ***The Brave 4*** - 4 of us did **the Bonus Loop!** -(Mat-Tom-Craig & WB*) And we all Rode All Day!*---> And It Was Perfect!!!*** a Slice of Heavan*** And, back, on a good paved run, Ray, Blake & I where Blazing, & passing everyone! Then, Blakes Bike, Blows up , just as I'm going under him,.... (Dude, U where doing So Good!**)... somebody will stop for ya, ( So we'll see ya back at the hotel*)... ***It was a Great Time!!*** * Epic!*

Rebuilding The CRDC Miler* for The Stockton Mile*
I started in Jan...& 1/2 of the bike has been changed, & up graded, & I'm working on the 2nd 1/2...! It now has Yam. & Suz. & Kaw. parts on it. And lots of Acc. parts. ... Nothing is really "Standard" - *Everything is Custom* - - -> The Front Axle & a bunch of spacers are on the way, from Mr. Bill at Becker Motor Works. & I Just ordered a set of Carbs,(38mm Delortos) and an Ign.(Boyer Bransden) & a set of shocks(?).... (There goes next weeks pay check) And, I touched the motor, I'm buying from Ray, at A&A Racing, (a Kosman Built Motor - a 750 Race Motor)(So Soon - OOOOOO!!**)... So, Lots of parts are heading this way--> Towards the CRDC Miler. Then, there's Alittle more fabrication to be done, (soon)- rear shock Mts. (Sean Cambell)... & some Alum Sheeting with Don Haggstaed's help. ... a new set of Throttle Cables -> (Motion Pro)... alittle assembly, just follow the instructions, it says, ...A!* and a few adjustments... stay tuned...The Deadline is, The Stockton Mile - Oct. 16-17...... be there or be square*... & see for yourself, The Return of The CRDC Miler, to be ridden by Wade Boyd -** The Mad Miler** ... This bike is a Real Head Turner, And Something Differant!* - in case you never saw a CRDC Monoque. Last one was 52 years ago, & my Pops, Billy Boyd rode in the original Catalina GP. & he said it was a Hoot* it's - - ---> Dec. 4th & 5th, More news as I find out. - - - - ----> ***Sept 4th - Entries just came out!** & I sent mine in!** - & They need to be in by Oct. ... I found it under Vintage Flat Tracking... *Hang'in in the Hood, at the Parkside Car Show
We cruzed over in the 39 Pontiac - Webub- & met up with many friends with all kinds of different rides. There where a few rat rods, couple from the 20's & 1/2 a dozen cars from the 30's,(how about a 36 ford, or a 37 Chevy, (not to many 40's cars...)-->( I must have been drinking, to miss them*) then alot of 50's cars &, **Del was there w/his car!* & I heard, he got his car in a photo shoot with some Pretty Girls & everything. Posters soon ...A? - - &,--->(My little German Girl) -> Christine liked the " Hoopers" - (as she calls them)-(*Thats a Low Rider w/Hydrolic's!** - because it Hoops around)-(yea, lets build one)...***Some Cool Stuff* & Motorcycles too, & How about an Electric Dery, or a Brough Superior* & HD's everywhere... - alittle of everything. The Parkside had Music & food & beer... &&&... Thanks, to The laf a lots & The Parkside for putting on the event.

***WB Goes Speedway Racing in Vallejo***
I got invited to race Speedway at Vallejo Speedway, by Charlie Venegas (*10 time Ice Racing World Champion*)& Promotor. So we did, we loaded up the Hardy 57 & went in style. (Del my Mechanic & I) The event was sponcered by Red Line Oil. Division 2 & 3 is a free for all.... Who's Got the Speedway Style...? And Division 1*** is very Fast & a Thrill to watch Every Second!* --> Checkout, lilbig420 - speedway - on You Tube There's over 100 video's from Vallejo's local cameraman. I had not ridden a Speedway bike in about 8 yrs....All was good till I got to turn 3, at speed,... with, No Brakes!!! Steel Shoe down, bike leaned over, more & more,...& it kept going straight... & I was lucky not to run into the fence, before I got it turned around. Guess I forgot how to enter turn 3 at speed!* A**... so I went back to a flat track style. 1st race, I was in last all the way, but ended up 4th (guess somebody else had problems too) 2nd race, I ran around the inside, flat tracking going in & trying to speedway coming out, a good almost(got 3rd) Race 3, I tried the outside, after getting bumped out, in the loose stuff, looking for the speedway slide. I got to far out, & was still driving the front wheel.... & lost the front end & Biffed at the end of the back straight. Soil Sample!* So, WB.'s in Speedway Training*** It was Fun, My Jawa works well. I just need more practise. They also run Mini's for kids. Come on down to Slid'in Saturdays, at Vallejo Fairgrounds, thru August, & The Championship Wine Cup Sept. 4th. - *Very Cool Stuff* The gates open at 6pm with Racing at 7:30 I saw 3 generations there, all having Fun** :) :) :) more info 909-883-4364

Del & I cruz'd to the races, in out Cool 1950's car & Truck, ( *Slid'in Staurdays *)... we got set up.. &, Thinking we where ready..(with The Little Red Unicon*).. But, when we started the bike, it didn't run right. So we broke out all the tools,. And re-cleaned the pilot jet... same problem...(it had clogged arteries - pre pilot jet)... so we turned the air screw way in, & said, Ride it... Race 1 - I started on the outside, I ran around in 6th, then, I started picking them off. Till the guy in 2nd, he's running a tight line. Last lap I go outside, till he drifts exiting turn 3. And the Dash for the Finish line, was on! I Blasted the throttle & got by on the inside, by inches! *Cool Stuff!* - Race 2 - I was on pole,But Dude got the hole shit, & I got to turn 1 in second. So I hounded dude, till I got by on a Blast, (somwhere) Then another & got away - 1st Place, My Crew & Fans went Wild, ***Go Red Inicorn Go!!!*** Race 3 - The Main - We Blatsed off, I was running in 2nd... & it up & sputters out, & I had to flag out, & let Tim Kerrigan Jr. go by, another Pal, & a Slippery Charicter -->( from, Red Line Oil)( & he's on the Black Team) --- But We've made Big Progress, & our Red Unicorn Team, is the new kid on the block & a Contender in Divsion 3* -*Yea Buddy!* & we are looking Better all the time, & Having Fun Doing it!*** ( I'm running my Sponcered *AArdvark Leathers* from the Isle on Man & My Sponcered *Suomy Helmet*) Thanks!! - - Cheers!

Slid'in Saturdays Speedway race 4 for WB.
Div. 3 was full, so WB. gets bumped up to Div. "2"- *Cool* - So we may have to go alittle Faster. - in the 1st Race - WB.'s on the front row, w/5 riders per race. We Blast off, & I get out of the saddle & the rear comes around, just like its supposed to. we have a mini battle, I was in 2nd. & I move back to 3rd, & was running strong,... & "it stutters out,"... a DNF!...--> back in the pits, Del & I find the carb alittle loose & re-adjust the Clamp, Now we like it & it fires right up. - (must have been it - A?) - in the 2nd Race - it is almost the same, & I'm running 3rd, & it quit on the last lap! - (What)a DNF - Turns out to be a "Clogged Gas Cap" - Vapor Lock! ( Tim Kerrigain Jr. gave me that idea, to check the gas cap, & it Failed)( so we poked a small allen wrench thru it) - So in Race 3, WB. is on Pole, We Blast off, & it was a crash fest, with 2 Red Flags, & Re-starts. & my bike ran the whole time, I did about 9 laps total, got some good practise & Almost ran it out of oil(& it was full) ** I, Did The Speedway Style a Few Times,** & got a 3rd in Div. 3 with some good Slides*** So Now WB. is a "Contender in Div. 2" - What a Gas!* - & All of the Crew & Racers, & I signed a Big Photo of Charlie Venegas, as a Gift to him, as a Big Thanks for Promoting Speedway at Vallejo - ***Slid'in Saturdays** We All had Fun!*** & The Races where Great* & Div. 1 *** Flys!!*** *Good Job Boys & Girls!* - The Wine Cup Championship in next Saturday Sept. 4th .. incase U can make it....zoom...

Sorry, to not be in order,... I was in Div. 3 still...Race 1 - had some good battling, &, I Won - but we where still flat tracking mostly. But the bike ran great. Race 2 - also had some good battles & again I Won! And my Fans went Wild* - Then, in Race 3 - The Main - We Blast off, I work my way up into 2nd & then get 2 shots at the leader, & the bike starts cutting out... doesn't die, just cuts out, & wouldn't let me pass him. so I tuckin tight & just follow the leader, & got a 2nd*.... Remember that Vapor Lock, seemed it would get Vapor Lock in every Main Event, But That's Fixed now. Anyone can ride a bike, rite... But can U Ride Speedway? In the beginning, one tends to ride like normal bikes do & slow down for the corners. But when done properly, (Like Division 1) one gases it into a corner,( & getting the weight off the rear wheel) causing the rear wheel to spin,in a Controlled Burn, & when it pass U, - You just Drive it that way. - -> On the Gas & Pinned!* at about 10,000 rpm - hang on, & show it who's the boss! - (it's Like Grabbing a Tiger by the Tail*) or (Ice Skating with 60 Horse Power & running at Full throttle)- Once U get it, & can do it, You'll be "Amazed, & Thrilled," "There's Nothing Quite like it...!" "Wow!" "What a Ride!*" I saw it & Did it, Came across the Finish line Sideways, ready for the corner & just drove it around, like that, Like nobodies business! - Full Noise, & Full RPM!*** Burn'in All The Way!** Thats SWEET!*** & thats on an old 895 stand up 4 valve. *The Little Red Unicorn* #000.. & Speedway is a fairly inexpensive sport too, & it pays back &, I made $$ doing it... How about that, So I guess I Hooked** My Bike Looks Good & Runs Good & was a Big Thrill & Bonus to get to Ride* - &, Now I just want to do it again...!

SRA-West at Miller w/ AHRMA- Race 1* 2010
The SRA -West ran again at Miller, Saturdays race for Subculture Racing went something like this,... Mr. Bill & Johnny on the front row, Rick Murray on the 2nd Row & WB on the 3rd row,...w/a full grid. The green flag drops, & It's Mr. Bill, Rick &, then WB. into turn 1. Mr. Bill gets away, & We follow Rick for a couple laps. And Stuff'em going into turn 1, then we get a little lead on him, for a while. Roger Falls out of Gary's rig, & roles across the track, (as Gary gas's it hard to follow Mr.Bill )-(as he get s lapped) - We back off & Rick pulls in behind WB. & The race is on again....--> Last lap --> Last Corner, after running real hard, we oops, & drift, 1 car length, mid corner, But, Get on the Gas Hard, (ya Know Rick is right there waiting for that moment)... It's a Drag Race the Flag for 2nd overall. & We get Rick by a Nose!...(ha,ha!*)( WB.'s on an American F2-short rig w/a 1000cc - &, Rick is on a F1 -Long chassis w/1000cc)... & we amost run over Leon & we Split him just after the line. The Grid was the same... & Now, Mikies got 6 Go Pro Cameras, & everyone up front has one! - for this race. -->Thanks, Go Pro!! .. & We can't wait to see That Footage!***... The Flag Drops! - (& Mr.Bill Thinks he's going to get there 1st( turn 1)--> *Surprise! WB gets the Hole Shot from the 3rd row, &, Comes out of nowhere & Stuff's Mr. Bill as he gets to turn 1, around the outside ->(Even*)... And WB comes out 1st,(& everyone is on their feet watching & Yelling*) Rick gets held up by the Flying Chair of Johnny, it's like a traffic jam at High Speed.--> The Battle is On!*** WB. & Mr.Bill. run Hard & get away, from the gang & Rick. The Battle is Very Fast. We're twich'in & spinning everywhere< we might have even wheeled into the last corner, with that Full Throttle Action, & Mr.Bill is still on our tail...! - We're the rabbit & We are Running Hard! And we held it for 3 laps before Mr.Bill get by exiting turn 1. & slowly pulls away. & I heard there where lots of battles in the back too. So Johnny Kilmore & I are planning to enter The Pikes Peek Hillclimb,.... On F2 Sidecars, for the 2011 Event. He says there is only 3 miles left of dirt road, & the rest is paved, & will get paved soon, on a 14 mile course. (Dirt doesn't scare me) So Let cut our tires & Go Racing! - is what I said. Johnny say's It's like, * The Best Event!* - & They run All Classes Cars, Bikes, Sidecars,&&&, & Now Electric Vehicals too* - - I heard it starts at 9,390 feet , & runs to 14,110 feet in elevation at The Finish Line, & is 12.42 miles long, & 156 turns* - (*Sweet*) - We enter in Dec. & Race in June...! -With practise it's a week long event. ... again More News as I find out...* so stay tuned*--> checkout, usacracing.com - ppihc.com

*** Brisbane Soapbox Derby for Kids*
Subculture Racing is now building a Soapbox Derby race car, for the Brisbane event. & Trillium Graphics is behind it all. WB & Del. are building it & David's nefue, Jeni Stewart will be our, imported Racer of the day. - ( he's 10 years old*)- (Cool A*) We started yesterday, & tomorrow we'll have the car all but finished. (There's real race talent at Trillium*) We plan to paint in, Purple, of course! & put some Ed Hardy Dragons on it. We plan to have the COOLEST Car There, & we hope to Win Too!*** Oct 2 is race day. ( I have to ride somewhere else- & will miss it) So, I hired Del to be the Mechanic of the Day for Trillium & Jeni. So we'll have a cool paint job,.. & I had to do something differant, so it has a Indy Grill & Ram Air --> in an Exhaust system... & Rocket Exhaust too!*** It's Radical... a cross bewteen an Indy car & a Hot Rod Rocket* -- more news as it happens...! zoom....! Jeni's dad, is going to get him a purple helmet & shirt & Shades to match, so he'll look the part too. - Watch out for #91* - - -> Jeni is soooo Exited, to be our Hired Racer, He's telling all of his friends to come watch! *** The Stockton Mile 2010**
The Stockton Mile is next, & now on the same day, as the next SRA-West Race.--(BOO!) So I'll try to do SRA-West Practise, & then run home, so we can be at the Mile Sunday. And yes we are still working...! on the CRDC, we're almost there, But, Not Yet.... Ray says he'll have the 750 moto in time, &, Manifolds are on there way...&&&, Shock mount are being fabricated & will be done tomorrow, it went back for an adjustment, But looked Good. And we'll try to make it run next week. And we where hoping for a practise day at Lodi with Uncle Bud Riddle.(like on the 25th or so- NOT).... So, entries are out, & end on Sept. 30th --> & mine got returned, So I sent it Spiecal Delivery, to get it in on time...! I entered, Open Brakeless(CRDC) & 50+ (CRDC) --> & Run What U Brung - On an Electric Bike out of A&A Racing* ...-- -->We have tires, & most of the spacers... &, The swingarm with shock mounts, is in -(Created by *Sean Cambell*) & looks Sweet!-( I think We'll get an A*) & we're working,working, at full speed, to get it done...! ...Mr.Bill's intake manifolds...& a spacer, are in*...&& & Ray with that 750 motor..?? ***Another Lost Coast Ride , Now with the Northbay MC.
This weekend was another Lost Coast Dual Purpose Ride with the Northbay MC. On almost the same trails we just did. It's a Great Ride. So it's also Ray Roy's 60 th B-Day. & he asked me to come along, I'll be on the KLX650 with the winning Mile Tires, because it's dry up there... --> & we're off to another Great Adventure!!*** There where 180 riders & 1 Renagade*- WB. & we did 250 miles per day...(U Missed it John) there where at least 12 twins,(good 1 on Ya) & about 25 riders in our group. It was like an endless road, dirt & pavement & 1 creek crossing. And my street tires worked just Fine!** & I got some quality time riding with Ray for his 60th B-day***... Saturday I sprung an oil leak, & had to go to a Napa auto store for a fix on the road,( about 1 hour) & it never skipped a beat after that.... & regrouped in Fortuna. That was a Lot of Fun... & the weather was perfect...! Thanks all that where there***

With 1 week to go, The CRDC Miler LIVES!!!*** with some help from friends..!(Christine & Del helped hands on, & Gail & Doug - & Dave at the shops helped with info*) ---> & we plan to be ready for the Stockton Mile, next week. No Super Motor,(yet) just the old 650 stocker. But it Will Turn Heads. Because It's Bad To The Bone!*** & just wait till U see it go, with WB on it. It has one mission, to go Fast!!*** Have Fun & Fly like the Wind!*** 68z --> it's a 1974 XS 650 Yamaha in a CRDC Frame, also part, Suzuki & Kawasaki,& Chevy & lots of acc. parts too. ... "only to be seen at The Stockton Mile" - next week.... and a Big Thanks to Sean Cambell & Mr.Bill & Leo for doing some Great Fabrications, & for Parts & info came from, A&A Racing, Mission M.Shop & Werkstat, & Motion Pro, & a few others... - - - - --- -- We're loaded up & ready to go, in the morning. The CRDC Runs, But is Delicate., & Now it has a Problem, The tank started to Delaminate, when we put gas in it. So we'll run it as little as possible. Trying to get thru the weekend. & put on a Good Show. On The CRDC or on an *Electric Bike from A&A Racing* ...(*Bummer*) After All The Efforts* --> Looks like the CRDC wants to go to a Museum, instead of the racetrack.... We showed up with the CRDC Monoque 650 Yamaha, on Saturday. & I Haven't let the clutch out on this bike in 30 years. & it's all been revamped, but we did have some teething problems, & we did get over most of them. 1st practice was 1 lap, bad tuning & fuel Flow. 2nd practice it blew oil... 1st race - we did finish, but not last. to short of gearing... *The Main* ...1st the brakes failed entering the track,.. Then my muffler brakes off on the line, So I Toss It!, & line up...! **Hope it goes now** ... & it did, so we where racing, & under geared, but I was picking on the Blue Yam. .. & eventually got him, & then, the 2 others he was chasing ...! & got I a 4th** & a Fun Ride, .. & I built it myself* and I started on the back row. They'll be in trouble next time. ---> Sunday I got 1 practise, on The Electric Bike out of A&A Racing* -(So I was the 1st to ever ride an Electric Bike on The Mile*)- &, it went, zzippp, & went fast enough to battle it out with Frank Crane, on his 600 Honda single - we went back & forth, he'd motor me on the straights, I'd draft as long as I could, & dive in & threw on him on "every entry" ... Then, it kind of broke,made some noises, & sputtered & quit, ... I coasted real far.... & got it going again, enough to get back in. It over heated & burned a bearing, But was quite fast & will be faster also next year. Frank beat me by 3 - 10ths of a second, (he did 50.6 & I did 50.9 second laps).... it was his lucky day! ***** What Fun,** Thanks Frank, & all the others... &, Suomy Helmets & A&A Racing*** --->Then, it Rained Out!*** Races Canceled - Cheers***

WB has been accepted in the Catalina GP 2010. ' Yea Buddy!* I will be riding a 77 XT500, sponcered from Lt. Jim Limnel. "Thanks Lt. Jim"..The bike is on the rack now getting a tune up, it's a Stocker, But wait till U see it go. I used to all but untouchable on mine back in the day, & they do Great Wheelies too!... Catalina, Catalina, Catalina GP or Bust!*** Dec 3rd - 4th & 5th, on the island, with 250 other racers making history. *The Catalina GP was last run 52 years ago...! & My Pops Bill Boyd rode in that race. So now it's my turn... &, the next generation. It's a Dual Purpose Vintage Bike Race. Leaving from the center of town & everything. ---> more news as we find out...!

Get ready for a Shark Attack, The Shark is Back! And will be on the hill Sunday for the finally of Soap box, in S.F.--> *The Halloween Derby* - -> & See who's got a car & Who's got the Nerve to go down the hill. "Full Speed!"** & The Exstreme Dive from the Top! - ---> Yea Buddy!*** who's got it & who Don't.... Be there or be Square they say... ha,ha...!..... free race training, in the hood, & a party too...! The rules where, build your own car, beg, borrow or steel your parts...! No Store Bought Cars!... U Be Creative, will ya! ...---> & U Must Have a *Beer Holder* - & Drink & Race ... & walk your car back up the hill... at Bernal Hts. Speedway, in the sun over looking the city, from Deadmans Corner... where there's Standing Room Only! Danger,--->---> The Racers will show U Danger Baby!***---> see U there.... Yes There was Racing on The hill, & the Fans went wild to see us run down the hill. it was a small race crowd, on a crowded hill, but, we politely raced anyhow. &, Everyone was Pleased. And in the end, Binky, Edged out the Shark, by a nose,.. for the overall Win! &, The Shark got a 2nd* & Mike the cliff diver got 3rd... & There was some Tight Racing going on.---> & we had trophies & everything,... SRA - West runs with WERA at Los Vegas*
This coming weekend The SRA - West will run at the Los Vegas track with Wera, 15 rigs are expected. And some good racing Will Happen. And most of the SRA- West, will be there, for the 2nd to last race of the season. & we plan to make the Best of it!

2nd to last SRA-West Race of 2010*
It was at Los Vegas, The Mecca of motor racing. We raced with WERA, at the motorcycle Road race event. but we where surrounded by other races too - Drag races, Off road 4 wheel racing - & a 1/4 mile oval & then the Big Nascar oval!---> Motors where racing everywhere, & it was Sweet!* And It was WERA hosting the SRA - West, In Los Vegas & 3 of the 5 events where Sponcered By Lucas Oil, &, Our races went off good, with 14 rigs. And some good tight racing was had, & Frank takes the Win,... Mr.Bill runs out of Brakes,... & takes out Oliver, in turn 1. & gives us the 2nd place in race 1. .. In race 2, Frank Won again, from the back row, ... We got stuck behind Hans, & ended up having the Biggest Dice with Johnny (F2) & The Woods Bros* (long chassis & a 900 - 2 stroke*)...! The best corner was when our gang of 3 rigs caught Gary Wolf, (for a good Lapping*)... & we all got by him in turn 4, ***Around the outside*** - (Nida, was watching & had to hold her breath, everytime, we all entered turn 1) ... What Fun!! ---> & They Graduated, (Johnny & The Woods Bros)... & beat us... we got a 7th. It was a Real, Fun Time Racing! Thanks to WERA & Lucas Oil*

Subculture Racing Misses the last SRA Race ... & moves on to, *** The Catalina GP***
We had loaded up & we where on the way to the last SRA - West Race,... But, The Motorhome, Blew up in Tracy. ... 23 phone calls later, we got towed out of there, on a Friday nite.... And the Team Must Stay Portable, so, Since then, we've replaced the RV, w/a 83 Winabego* --- So We can Race on! --- --- ---> So, Now we're off to --> The Catalina GP. WB got an entery, & we deliver the bike to the ferry this weekend. & test the new motorhome next week on our way to The Catalina GP! *Yea Baby* .. I Have a 77 XT500 to race, Sponcered by Lt. Jim. seeing as it is a Vintage race, I also got help from Werkstat & The Tire Guy, & Mission Motorcycles, ... & my Biggest Sponcer is Christine -> The Sausage Queen (& my better Half*)---> So Next week Christine & I will be going to Santa Catalina, for The Catalina GP* - To be in on this Historic Event* ( Dec. 3-5th) ----> & we hope to see U there. .... .... .... We ship the bike tomorrow, I got like 5 miles on it. Just need a New Exhaust Gasket. It runs OK, for a 40 year old bike, (Totally Stock* & alittle slow) --> it runs better the more I ride it,... I Just Don't Want to Break it. - I am more used to faster Tighter bikes, So, This will be a step into the past. And I ride it as fast as it will let me. Catalina GP 2010 --> Bike Delivery
1st WB. got a triple entry in the Classic Class at The Catalina GP. - (oooo Baby*) (& Christine Loaned me the $750+ for Entry Free's &&&)... Then I found a bike, a XT500,(Lt. Jim) & we fixed it up, in Purple (of Course*)... And Sunday, Christine & I drove to Long Beach & delivered the bike to the ferry. And we got to meet Vinnie,(Head Instagator*) & Mike getting interviews, (& mine too) -(& he's also a competitor*) The place was full of happy riders & fans, & Bikes too. All awaiting this Grand Event. And, As we hear it I will be #102* ... ... We got there in 7 hours, from S.F. & spent 1 hour there ( watching bikes roll in, & be put into the shipping containers. --> Next Stop, Santa Catalina Island* ) Then it took 9 more hours to get home. ( some Funky Traffic- so that was 17 hours to deliver the bike - full day drive ) So, now, We go to work for 3 days,... Then split, & go back to the ferry, to catch the event --> *The Catalina GP* (for Real this time) We Really want, To be apart of this Historical Event... *Yea Buddy* ... & Now Thanks to Alex, & Chris Dove, WB got Sponcered with a Go Pro Camera for this event & future adventures.

We arrived thru the mists of Avalon, like many others, to be apart of this Great Historic Event. I rode 3 races on a Classic 77 XT500, with 40 year old everything - like No Susspencion*.. In race 1, The Vintage Race, I Stalled on the start, & cashed twice. 1st table top, The bike hangs a left in the air. 2nd crash, I just tipped over on a corner, & I got to look at all the oil on my motor, in the Motocross section. the breather hose came off. I made 4 laps & had some big dices with a Checkered Triumph. & I beat him in the end. 2nd race, went well, No Crashes,But my goggle film became a streamer for me, till I ran out of gas on the last lap, ... so I had a long pit stop, got some gas,& got rid of my streamer* & I got a Standing Ovation as I got going again. *Cool Stuff! This was a Motocross with a Fire road section... "Not Easy" So Vinnie ends up calling WB. --> **Purple Haze** Thats 2 Finishes on Saturday. It was a good Tuff Course. My Bike beat me up in the 1st race, I think it was a tie in the 2nd race. And on Sunday, like race #2, I was the Only Classic bike in the race, So I did the Iron Man, & just did it, A Tribute to my pops Bill Boyd who rode Catalina in 1958. my 3rd Race, I started on the back row, alone, passed a bunch of guys early, as they where stuggling. Then broke on the 2nd lap, It was stuck in nuetral, on the fire road, (Guess I beat up the bike in that round) so I became a camera man with my new Go Pro, then I got helped in. What a Event, Lots of big names & Smiles. There was 25 containers full of bikes, shipped in just for this race. --->***Thanks Vinnie & All Your Helpers & Red Bull for making it happen!!!

***WB makes the Podium at The Catalina GP***
I was a few minutes late to the award banquet & missed my class, & then was swept away on vacation in Avalon. So Monday at I checked the finish results at lunch, to find I got a 3rd in the Classic Class 50+ & Vinnie called me Purple Haze, Sorry I missed My Moment in the Sun Standing on the Podium at The Catalina GP with Vinnie & the Gang. I was finishing dinner next door. I did film it w/a Go Pro camera. ---> On the start, " I Killed it! " & it took 3-4 tries to get going. When I looked up to turn 1, they where gone! But, I did catch & pass a bunch of riders along the way... & I crashed on the table top the 1st time around, only letting a 1 or 2 riders by, & I did fall over in 2 soft loomy hair pins. Once, Just past a Chamerock Dude, down a tight hill, & crashed at the bottom, in the turn, Oops!( & a Fan Yells, almost a good pass!) ... Then, I got passed by a BSA twin, near the end of the fire road, w/a white coat on & it got away- (*Thad Wolff*).(What!??).. But he is who I was now chasing. &, I chased Thad, for 1/2 a lap before he, *stuck it into the hillside,* entering the fireroad.-->( Trying to Slide & burn onto the fire road & get away from WB.*) I said thanks & ran, next lap (& a camera man) Stanta was waving, something, when I past him... Oh, a Fire truck on the road in front of me!...(& In The Way!* & Going Slow,Very Slow!)---> Dude, the Rickman Triumph #137 is going to catch up - "Move!"- & Then, the Triumph comes up, & Rev's it up, & he let's him / us by... so we go at it again, & I get by a few corners later & run, for the Win... & it turns out I got a 3rd in my class & thats a Podium!...*** Very Cool!*** oooooooooooooo Baby!*** & they where running 1st & 2nd in the twins class* ---> Go Catalina GP!!!***

Ed Hardy drew the Dragon for WB's Grill, & WB, designed the rest of the grill, got it squeezed into a computer & found someone to cut it out,(Waterjet) Then, I assemble it, & put the WB touch on it, & then, get it chromed & sell it....So Check it out. Trillium Graphic's Goes Racing With Subculutre Racing, for the Kids*
Trillium Graphic's an Art Studio, in Brisbane Calif. USA. - That I work for. want to go Racing - Soapbox Derby Racing, for the Kids* at The Brisbane Soapbox Derby. ... Last year, Trillium Sponcered 1 Young person (Jeni)in the Kids Soapbox Derby in Brisbane, & WB. built it & it Won, --> *The Best of Show* with The Ed Hardy Dragons* (on a Purple* background)...& everything. This year, Trillium, is going big & will Sponcer 7 kids, for this event, with some Trick Art Race Cars. We plan to blow the event wide open, with Fun! for 7 families & Trillium Graphics. Each car is hand crafted by WB. at Trillium. (using the alotted kit) & each car will have a theme, or something, to help make that car Speical, & maybe Win too!* So watch for the Brisbane Kids Soapbox Derby, later this year - (like about Oct. 1st) .... Feb. 2011, & ***The Cabo Call Goes Out***
Yes, there are whispers, of Cabo this year. So we'll all talk it up with Ray, for a 3 day down & 4 day ride back. I'm pushing for Oct 18 - 28th ... (just after the full moon) ..&, I have a conflicting race date the weekend before.(Oct 16th) ---> what ever, --> We leave the boarder, (San Isedrio) on day 1 & head for The bay of L.A., stopping at Moma Espinosa's in El Resario for Breakfast & regrouping, - Then, to Mulege on day 2, a short ride - & run for Cabo on day 3 - usually spend 3 days in Cabo & Then, we ride north, to Loreto, Mulege,...Sanata Rosalia, Catavinia, Ensinada...& we stop at Jake's old place - & stop & see Randy's last spot( & have Toast to an old Buddy*) or something like that... it's a 2000+ Pavement Ride, for The Experinace of a life time.. So, yes, the Cabo call is out, lets Talk it up, Get a Good Bike, get ready & we'll see who shows up.

I have Opened a New Busniess, selling thru E-bay. It all revolves around the New Ed Hardy 57 Chevy Truck Custom Grill, ***The Dragon*** that I had made. Desined by Ed Hardy & WB, for WB. And It's the Best!*** & A Home Run!*** So, I am now reproducing them, & making them one at a time. - Fit them to my 57 Hot Rod truck, and can sell them thru E-Bay. They will be Raw steel or Chromed, & the price will match. The League,... is a Creation of Mine & David's at Trillium Graphics...I said lets make it like a baseball league...only racing - For Kids* - - We are finishing up 6 Soapbox Derby cars for the Brisbane Event. We are a Graphics shop, So they Got to be The Coolest! Rite!*** So There are a couple of spots open...(today) We are looking for a few good Teams* - - -& the Teams that we find & Sponcer, Must have 4 people- a Driver - 2 pit crewmen & The Manager-(an Adult)... & They will work as a Team & help their Driver to Race the event,... & maybe Win.... We Hope to, also have them in costums to match their cars...! To really make it Sweet!!***.. The Cars are,(1) The Blade,(2) The Wedge of Cheese, (so far) (3) The Natalis, (4) Nemo's Caddy, (5)The Super Natalis, & (6) The Silver Surfer. We'll have to also train the teams, & make it a real experiance*- our plan is to Knock, Everybodies Socks Off!*** Cheers!... more news as it happens...* & now there is the (7)1929 Indy race car, (8)a 1950's Indy race car, (9) & a Futuristic Ferarri. -and with our original car thats 10 cars*** -->But, Now we'll have 13 cars by race day. July 30th the Pro's run *The Sac. Mile* - & on Sunday, is The Sportsman's *Mile* a Very Spiecal Event - in some classes, Anything Goes!!*** --> So I entered 3 classes, one on the CRDC Monoque 650 Yam. twin (Open Vintage)(& a Rare 1 off Bike*)... & they say, Any Bike - Any Year... So I built a DTR1* - basicly a rebuilt stockish 05 R1* Yea Baby! an R1 - with an extra 100HP! on Tap*...In The Dirt, On The Mile - The Poormans TZ750 Flat Tracker - Yea Thats it** Hope to test it at Sandhill, once before next week to run in the new motor. I got help from Mission Motorcycles, Blakes Autobody, Suomy, & some Friends*... The Mile Event, is the headlining show for *The Calif. State Fair...!* Should be a Good Time!!*** This will be the 1st R1 on The Mile!* & The 1st Sac. Mile in a long time..... it's also Chis Carr's Last Mile is what they are saying. Be there & check it out.

Gene Remero's Petaluma Short Track Was Cool!* June 18th
There was a 1 off Short Track at Petaluma Speedway,... 1st 1 in 34 years. So I had to go. And got Sponcered by G & B Yamaha to do the race too! All I could find was my trusty 96 KLX 650, with those street tires again. I re - cut & took the lic. plate off of it again. Then & went up with Del. in the 57 Chevy Hot Rod Truck. -- & we had a Grand time racing and meeting new & old friends. The track was slippery but very Nice, a 3/8 mile - semi banked. I was the only one on the back row in my heat,I got a good start, right up to 3ed in turn 3.Then worked on A.J. the rest of the race, & got a 2nd... I went under A.J Herria in turn 3 on the last lap. The main had another big battle - all the way between us 2...This time, I led the last lap, A.J. tries to go around in turn 1...& was almost there....!! & turn 3... but No!* ... &, WB. holds him off, & gets another 2nd... Yea Baby! --> 21" front wheel & all* - Go Kawasaki!* it was a Great Time!.... zoom!*** Thanks again to, G & B Yamaha & Suomy*

Get'in Ready for the Sac. Mile*
With 2 days to go, The DTR1 Lives, & when U Rev it up, it say's HP,***HP***HP***! - (Superbike in the Dirt*)( Yea Baby!*) So we missed the testing date. ...(Boo) - Oh well... The * CRDC Monoque - (Yam. 650 Twin) is next,... its still on the bench, & gets assembled ... Friday the day before we leave,... Last time it ran was at the Stockton Mile, a year ago,...(after a 30 year lay off) - (Round 2) for The Sac. Mile ---> Hosted by The Calif. State Fair*... Subculture Racing is still on the march, & will be there in force, & Racing***... Bikes & all,... not with your common bike either,---> But I bet they go Fast!* I plan to have the KLX there on display too, being *a Mile Winner* & all. ----> Hope to see U there...!!*

WB's adventure at ***The Sac. Mile***
We showed up with the DTR1 & the Monoque 650. - Ready- We thought the DTR1 was in the 1st race. We where #2 on the front row, with a Harley on pole. The Flag drops, & he gets the hole shot, I almost get tangled with dude on my right....so I really gassed it & did a bigger burn out, & got into turn 1 in 2nd, & just out motored him on the back straight! Yea Buddy! & walked away with it! & got the Win - it was Glorious!* ... Then, an official came & told me I was on the wrong bike in that race & was Disqualified - Boo*(so it was another Practice) - Race 2- The start was similar, but I ended up following the leader, & got a 2nd, he was cook'in thru the corners, & I wasn't consistant enough yet. Race 3, we blasted off, I was running in 3rd, - & was planning a move...& something happened..& I slipped off the groove, & 5 guys went by...!... But, I passed them all back in 1 shot on the back straight!!!*** Wow!** ( Thats what I'm talking about!**) - & going into turn 3, it semi locked up... & never ran right again... So I pulled off. It Blew the "Altinator" -->Boo!... (I was going to Win that one.) So I rode the Monoque, after we borrowed a battery* - It ran well, But it is stock & slow... still...I finished in 9th... it just wouldn't go any faster, & we where in top gear all the way... especially after riding the DTR1 !!!*** What a Great Ride that was!!

Building up for the Sac. Mile* - 2011
I've now been working on the Monoque for 2 years, first tested it at the Stockton Mile in 2010 & got a 4th - now tested again at the Sac. Mile. It Finished without loosing any parts in 9th.. After borrowing a Battery! (Thanks Bro*)...It needs more HP - (Being stock still) But it handles Very good* - so motor work is next... & The DTR1, became a reality in May when the original owner was politely forced into the deal.( Being a Dead Bike & all) And, We struggled all the way, getting 1 part at a time. Till the last day, I never got to test ride it other than up & down my street twice.(in S.F.) I got a used set of tires, Sponcered by Moto Tire Guy*- (never got New ones)(No $$) --> & it took ever $ I could find to make our "Deadline.". July 31 The Sac. Mile* - & we showed up Ready,.. But racing is racing & "Its Not Alway Easy." ---> The Real Enthusiasts said, * Wow!! Cool!! .....& The Winers, "Wined" - Looks like, We really stirred up "the pot...!" But, What a Cool Ride --> The DTR1*** Thanks to Eddie Mulder for hosting the Event.... & letting me ride the Monoque, in the Main, after riding in the wrong class with the DTR1...*& Smoke'en Them* - WB. had a Rocket in the Vintage Class... all I knew is they where Big Bikes too.... (oops)... & The Monoque wasn't running yet, and it got No Practice,... Just one ride in the Main, & we got a 9th,..."it was Flat Out" in 5th, & about 3/4 the down the straight, it would run short of gearing, (it needed Longer Ore's)...but it did Good* This is a Hand Made Chassis from 1968 - 1974 stock motor (its Never been apart* - Yet) -- their is some footage on youtube WB on the R1 Sac Mile & one of WB. on The Monque (Both rear shots*) --> & more to come... & photos on facebook, thanks to Tom Griffith -"White Knuckle Video" & Go Pro* --> so stay tuned...

The DTR1 & The Mile*... & the Monoque 650
It was a Great Experiance Racing the DTR1. & I hope they let me & other continue to race anything we want to try. There was a Kaw. Tripe, & a ZX9, amongst others. You Still Have to Ride It & out Ride Everyone Else to Win. But HP. Does help, & with 100 extra the DTR1 was a Blast & it was the Fastest Bike on the track, Ya just have to ride it. I got 15 Laps, & got better & faster all the time. I did have 1 incedent exiting turn 4, when it tried to pitch me.( I held on & Gassed it- & away we went*) - & when the altinator went, it semi locked up & put me into a slide, off line, --> & toward the fence -( & then, a dude goes around me on the outside, also & almost collected the fence too ... But we made it,(Both Blasted down the straight)...Other than that it was a cool & Very Quick Ride, especialy when I Launched it, & could walk by a few bikes at a time, per straight! Very Nice!** I tried to put on a good show, & was saving the best for last... & tried not to fall asleep playing, follow the leader, in 2nd or 3rd - Match their pace, & then move on, on the last lap. ... was kind of the plan..---> make it look Good** - - -> & The Monoque Started & ran well after we borrowed a battery. Its just stock & on the Mile, it's as Slow as a Canoe, compared to the front Row,.... or the DTR1. I'll get it rebuilt as a 750 for the next round next year. The Monoque Will Be Back,... & do some Winning!* Thats the plan... The XR 750 Harley is twice as fast as the Monoque 650 - But The DTR1 is Twice as Fast as The Harley!* .... I Won the heat on the DTR1 -( & Harley got 2nd ) & got a 9th in the Main on the Monoque - against the Harley, who probably Won.... In the rest of the races, it was singles out front, but The DTR1, could Walk on Them too, when I lined it up.... Cool Stuff!* - Big Fun!!* ... Zoom***

Yes as I heard it from the Top, a shot from Glen Coddington of the DTR1 at The Sac. Mile. with WB riding it is making the next, Cover of *Urban Moto* (& I didn't do it) & With a featured Article from WB. - maybe even the centerfold...! How about them apples! The DTR1 is now back in the garage getting a few more adjustments & Press, & alittle sprucing now that we have time. It has a wish list... & we'll see what we can do to fill it. And be ready for the next Mile that comes along. - - And for the Monoque, find a 750 motor or find parts & build my own....$$$ or Sponcership* ... & polish it. ..... Our newest idea (thanks our buddy to Jeff)... is, ***WB's Motocycle Coaching Service*** We're based out of S.F. We can start by talking theory & work our way into the field, with you on your bike. My talents include most any form of motorcycling, Street riding to Road Racing - & Dirt Riding & Dirt Racing of many kinds too. We'll start as a grass roots, one on one and see how it goes. We'll see where the person is at & what the person wants to work on. Aug 27th - &, Last fitting, & wiegh in, with a photo session ---> 1st Practice is Sept. 10 --->& the 2nd is on Sept 24th ----> Then we move on to Race Day --> Oct. 1st - Each meeting will have a photo session (with as many camera people as we can find)- &, We're looking for the Best Photo! & maybe to make some headlines! - So far we have 7 kids to date, to race our Cool Art Cars* ---> Nemo's Caddy (Jenhi)- The Silver Surfer (Malik)- 1929 Indy Race Car (Destiny)- 1955 Indy Race Car (Alexa)- a Ferrari (Ethan) - 57 Chevy (Girim)- & now 2 more cars are being made ( 1 for Luke) a Star fighter & Barbie's next Car (for Nora)---> We hope to find a couple of small kids for the Natalis & The Super Notalis, & we have the Blade (being the smallest).. & then, we still have the original - The Purple Dragon*** All Cars are made by WB & Sponcered by Tillium Graphics - We make (Top End) Art, so they are Very Cool Art Cars* - (I was even told to write an article for the next, Urban Moto on the League & The Soapbox Event* --- We also hope to run most of cars through an Art Gallery, with the Winning Photos, after the Brisbane Event. ---> stay tuned for more*

Practice #1 for The League of Extraordinary Racers*
We finished up 2 more cars (Barbie's next Car & The Viper)just before the 1st practice, Sept. 10th. - 9 Teams showed up and it soon became 10 teams, all enjoying the cars & the hill. The event was a big hit! and will get bigger each time.Next practice is Sept 24th .All members of the League where given Licence's - to Fly!* & they did!... & Tim from the Isle of Man was the Human Catcher at the bottom of the hill, making sure they stopped. And 1 of the Best photos that I took was of Destiny Polishing her car! - it was Very Cool* as we heard it - The Competition, Has a lot of Work to do....! & Thats Right! - The League is now here, with our Cool Cars & Extraordinary Racers!!!*** ... more to come soon...

The League had 10 cars on the Hill, after a photo session. They where Bombing down the hill, & most of our cars ran about 17-18 mph. Most of them are contenders. This morning Clayton the Wild man got sponcered with the Super Nautilus, & he put on a good show for a 6yr. old, & is the man to watch in the small kids class. Destiny grabbed the lead with a top speed of 19mph, with Lora next,(in *Barbie's next Car- The Music Machine*) then Girim in the 57 Chevy & then Luke in the Viper Mark II. And we got like 7 more MPH, out of the Purple Dragon for Joseph - & boy did he Smile! - They All had Big Smiles! - Jenhi was beaming in Nemo's Caddy, & The Silver Surfer was Lay'in it down, Baby! --> The Competition is Hot! Destiny & last years Winner are running, Neck & Neck! - Who's it gonna be on Top?? - Nobody can touch the pure Style & Effort put out by The League* ---> more to come - We Race next weekend - Oct 1st 2011 - Brisbane Calif. *Race day for the League of Extraordinary Racers!*
First the Calif. Senate gave a Note of Recognition to the Brisbane Soapbox Event. & all of our Teams showed up, for the races. Most of our kids where in costume, we had 11 cars running in a field of about 40. There was some good tuff - neck & neck racing, even among our own teams. The Silver Surfer & Malik battled with Jehni in Nemo's Caddy, & it was always close. Destiny came close, in her 1929 Indy Race Car & so did most of them.---> *Ethan & his Ferarri---> ***Won,*** the 6-9 yr. olds Class!!** & beat the Team, we wanted to beat. And got to race the overall winner. ... & lost by a Nose.... oooo So Close!(to the Refrigerater) - All of our cars where tight, quick & quiet. We had no crashes. .. Another team had a car Blow a tire while in the lead, then as it skidded to a stop it blew the other wheel (DNF)...Lots of good racing & Smiles! The League did take 4 out of 6 Trophies - Best Sportsman -(Girim) ... *Best Cars in the Show* - Triilium Graphics (WB & Del)...!!!*** and we where Thanked & told, Trillium, *Raised the Bar* in soapbox in Brisbane - Yes we did* & it was Fun* check it out at Trillium- graphics.com

Thanks to Hans Shultz, Subculture Racing now has an entry to the 2012 Pikes Peak International Hillclimb- The 90th Race to the Clouds* - *Yea Baby!* Hans Raced there last year & said it was the best! - You have to come & race the Hill. Hans got us the connection & has fronted us the $700 entry fee. Hans is building another sidecar for the race, this time a Hyabusa* - We'll run our short chassis F1 Sidecar (The Kal Guard Spiecial*) - That held the SRA #1 plate in 1971 & 2001(it has a 06 Suzuki 1000cc motor in it, & it goes Fast) Christine & I will be running as the Team out of S.F. for Subculture Racing & Urban Moto, with articles to follow.The race is - June 15th (or so)... & goes from the 8000 foot level to 14000 feet at the summit, & is supposed to be paved all the way, this year, for the 1st time ever...Sounds like a Good 1 - - More news as it happens, so stay tuned.... We just had a Subculture Racing, meeting, in Webub about Our push for Making Pikes Peak ( We're #88)(July 3-8) & The Manx GP(Aug. 25 - Sept 8 - 2012 or 2013) - * And, "How are we going to do it." - - -> & Here's the start of our new plan, --> First I do some AFM Races, (CBR400RR The Joey Dunlop Bike*- RZ500)... & we'll have a Party, (like We Do*) with a band, We'll invite all of Our Friends, from all different Biking Circles.... Subculture Racing Goes Down Under On *The North American Race Team*-> Austrailia's Phillup Island*
WB is now hooked up with Edwin Hazzer to run the 20th International Classic Event in Austrailia on Phillup Island - Jan 27... weekend 2013. on The North American Race Team*** & We have Confmation We're in... We'll hear more soon from an Aussie Sponcer & about the shipping of our race equipment, & they race sidecars there too. They have like 12 TZ750's lined up to race! & they had 78,000 Fans last year. We hope to make the best of it. & make it a Vacation too. We're going to help create the American Team for this International Event & we have like 20 riders. Its a vintage event, but Ed said they where doing like 170mph on the front straight, Pillup Island is Very fast & eats tires they say & the course will be "Newly Repaved" in Jan 2013. And it is like the Best! Sounds like a good time Racing with the Aussie's! Lets Go for it! - We talk again in soon & press is starting to get out....everywhere... Team Captain is John Long, and Gary Fisher is riding a TZ750...! & a 20 Rider Team - 8 Rider Team for the Main Event &&&...&, we taking 2 Sidecars!*** Subculture Racing being one of them!--->(Now, #88*- our Pikes Peak number) - We have mini meetings at the SFMC - Ed & WB, & this time maybe with Mr. Auzzie*** --> that's Sweet!*... The Sac. Mile is Back -----> DTR1*
Yes, The Eddie Mulders Series is back at the Sac. Mile - Flattracking Yea!! I hope to get a double entry on the DTR1, & try it again.---->July 29th Sunday - the day after the Pro's run, July 28th - it was the Calif. State Fair, last year too, all at the same vennue. - ---> The Vintage Mile is the Sunday race event. And the rules said, Any Bike Any Year...! So, the DTR1 is what we built. ( Not much dirt left in S.F. so I ride an R1*-Right!*) I hope to have New Tires & a working altinator & a couple of bits...this year. So it should work alittle better... & Finish.... guess I'll have to talk to my Sponcers...& Fix my Steel Shoe (it took a Beating last year... Maybe Someday I'll get a Professional one*)...
